| The port yard has a large area and requires a large number of high-power lamps for night lighting.There are many light poles responsible for providing lighting to the yard and they are widely distributed.The traditional control method of lighting lamps mainly based on manual operation has the disadvantages of inconvenient operation,poor safety,unfavorable energy saving and consumption reduction,etc.According to the problems of lighting control and energy saving in a port yard,combined with the actual needs of lighting control in a port yard,this paper studies and designs a remote control system based on mobile communication network.The system consists of a computer and many remote control units,which are connected through a mobile communication network.The computer sends an opening and closing command to the remote control unit through the wireless transceiver module,and the remote control unit outputs a signal after receiving the command to control the working of the lamp post illumination.The specific works of this paper are as follows:(1)The hardware of PC control system based on Serial Port communication and GSM wireless transceiver module and the software design based on Visual C#.NET application program and Serial Port serial port communication control are completed.The computer system is connected with the serial port of the wireless transceiver module by the PC,the control program of the computer system is compiled by C# language,and the SIM800 A module sends AT command to the remote unit.⑵ Completed the design of remote unit hardware based on STM32 microprocessor and GSM wireless transceiver module and software based on Keil system and the C language.The wireless transceiver module of the remote unit is connected with the serial port of the STM32 microcontroller,and the embedded system software is compiled by the C language.After receiving the AT command from the SIM800 C module,the STM32 microprocessor outputs switching signals to control the linkage opening and closing action of the relay and the main contactor in the lamp pole electric control equipment,so as to control the working of the yard lighting.(3)The design and renovation of the electric control system in the electric control equipment of the yard light,the manual and automatic operation mode changeover switch and AC contactor are additionally installed in the electric control equipment,and the switching output circuit of the remote unit is designed to meet the need of control output.According to the needs of port night operations,the system can timely and remotely control the lighting in the yard with operation requirements,which not only meets the lighting needs of the yard operations,but also realizes the saving of electric energy.The system can be widely applied to yard lighting with large area and scattered distribution,and has application prospect widely. |
