This article relies on the actual project,in order to achieve the purpose of shortening the construction period and ensuring the quality of the project in the low temperature environment such as late autumn or early winter.Combined with a large number of indoor and outdoor tests,based on the analysis of the temperature variation law of cement stabilized macadam base under low temperature environment,the effects of temperature,early strength agent and properties of cement stabilized macadam materials were studied,and the early strength cement stabilized Basic construction plan for stone materials.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Study on the method of determining the temperature of indoor testTemperature is an important factor affecting the strength growth of cement stabilized macadam.The indoor test temperature was determined to be-5 °C,0 °C,5 °C by actual investigation of the atmospheric temperature during construction,and the effect of low temperature on the mechanical properties of cement stabilized macadam was studied.(2)Study on the change law of mechanical properties of cement stabilized macadam base under low temperature environmentThrough the indoor simulation test,the effects of early strength agent dosage and health temperature on the mechanical properties of cement stabilized macadam materials were analyzed.Through the analysis of the change law of mechanical properties,the mechanical indexes that can meet the construction conditions at different health temperatures are obtained.(3)Analysis of construction plan and health ageThrough experimental analysis of different temperature,early strength agent dosage and cement dosage test pieces,it is concluded that the curing temperature and early strength agent dosage have the splitting strength of cement stabilized macadam,unconfined compressive strength and compression resistance.The rebound modulus has an effect.Among them,the health temperature has a great influence on the various properties of cement stabilized macadam.In order to achieve a high level of cement stabilized macadam,the cement stabilized macadam base should be compacted at the optimum moisture content and the amount of early strength agent increased at a temperature of 0 degrees Celsius.Through the analysis of the construction scheme,the load of the construction vehicle is studied,and the influence of the maximum tensile stress at the bottom of the vehicle load during continuous paving is analyzed by using the mechanical software.The rationality of the continuous paving construction method under different curing temperatures is studied.Propose a reasonable plan for continuous construction under different curing temperatures.
