| Transmission line icing is a serious threat to the safe operation of power grid.A large number of studies have been carried out on transmission line icing prediction at home and abroad,and mature icing prediction models have been established.However,all models need icing parameters such as temperature,wind speed,liquid and water content and droplet size.Due to the freezing of various sensors under icing conditions,icing parameters cannot be measured,which leads to icing parameters becoming more and more serious In order to solve the international problems,it is of great value in academic research and practical engineering application to predict transmission line icing from the study of icing parameters(1)Based on the existing ice accretion growth model of rotating cylinder,this paper selects Chen Ling’s analytical calculation formula of cooling water drop collision coefficientα1 of Chongqing University;through fitting analysis and calculation,the original analytical calculation formula of freezing coefficientα3 is simplified,and the complex numerical calculation of the original ice coating growth model of rotating cylinder is avoided.Based on the existing calculation model of ice coating thickness of rotating cylinder,an improved ice thickness calculation model suitable for the four cylinder array ice collector is proposed,which improves the accuracy of icing increment measurement and the accuracy of icing parameter monitoring.For the first time,this paper puts forward a method for monitoring icing parameters of four cylinder array ice accumulators,and expounds the basic principle and monitoring method of the value seeking method in detail.(2)Based on the real-time monitoring of icing increment of four cylinder array icing conductor,the test object,experimental device and experimental method used in the experimental research are described.A large number of artificial icing experiments were carried out to analyze the influence of different icing environmental parameters on the icing amount of rotating conductor.The effects of environmental parameters of icing and icing amount on the surface of rotating conductor were studied in a large multi-functional artificial climate chamber.A large number of artificial icing tests were carried out by changing the parameters of icing time,ambient temperature and wind speed,which provided the experimental basis for the feasibility of monitoring icing parameters by value seeking method.(3)According to the icing prediction calculation model proposed in this paper,the influence of icing parameters on icing amount of icing conductor is analyzed by combining simulation and experimental research,and the accuracy of ice accretion growth model of four cylinder array is proved by comparing simulation results with test data.According to the operating characteristics and hardware conditions of the four cylinder array ice collector,the feasibility of the value seeking method to monitor the icing parameters is tested.The icing parameters in the process of icing in the artificial climate laboratory are monitored by using the searching method,and the corresponding sensors and measuring instruments are used to measure the icing parameters.The results show that the measured icing parameters are consistent with the measured icing parameters The parameter error is small,so the method can meet the requirements of monitoring icing parameters in practical engineering application. |
