With the development of economy and the improvement of industrialization level,air pollution has brought serious negative effects on economic development,transportation and people’s health in China.As an important environmental protection device to reduce air pollution,the operation efficiency of bag filter is an important aspect affecting its dust removal effect.Therefore,this paper focuses on improving the efficiency of the bag filter,building the transient model of the bag filter control system,and designing the controller according to the model for shortening the settling time,reducing the steady-state error,improving the operational efficiency of bag filter and ensuring its dust removal capacity.Firstly,the theoretical basis of modeling and control of bag filter control system is expounded.The working principle and the structure of the experimental platform of the bag filter are introduced.The related models and approach of the flow field numerical simulation theory are introduced.The principles and optimization approach of the three kinds of optimization algorithms are expounded.The solution approach of the linear matrix inequality theory is given.These theories built the foundation for establishing the control system model of the bag filter and designing the controller.Secondly,the steady-state model and transient model of bag filter control system are established based on the data.The movement features of airflow are studied by flow field numerical simulation.Drafting the scheme of steady-state data acquisition experiment and collecting steady-state data.The steady-state model of control system based on polynomial is built by the steady-state data.Drafting the scheme of transient data acquisition experiment according to the results of steady-state experiment and collecting transient data.The transient model based on state space model of control system is built by the transient data with genetic algorithm.The obtained transient model will help to design the controller of the bag filter control system.Thirdly,on the basis of the transient model of bag filter control system,the LMI control method of bag filter is studied for shortening the settling time and reducing the steady-state error.The bag filter is controlled by the LMI-GA method consist of state feedback control method based on LMI and genetic algorithm.This method can shorten the settling time and reduce the steady-state error,which is verified by simulation.Finally,the improvement LMI control method of bag filter is studied for shortening the settling time and reducing the steady-state error.The improvement strategy of LMI-GA method is analyzed.An improved LMI-GA-PSO-SA method is obtained by combining particle swarm optimization and simulated annealing based on the LMI-GA method.The effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation.
