With the deepening reliance on independent transportation nowadays,the automotive industry is still in the process of rapid development.Highly automated and integrated vehicle assembly plant have received widespread attention due to the power quality problems.Among them,natural and anthropic factors as well as the system self-protection of the power supply department has caused more harm to the vehicle factories.Dozens of shutdowns,production failures,or burnout of precision instrument servomotors and control modules happen in the main production workshops such as press workshops,welding workshops,painting workshops,and assembly workshops every year due to voltage sags.These problems cause an uncertain degree of damage to the equipment and affect product performance.Therefore,voltage sags problems need to be assessed and addressed.This paper takes Zengcheng vehicle factory as the research object,and analyzes the situation of production disruption caused by voltage sag.Based on understanding and mastering the four major process of the vehicle manufacturing factory,the main research is as follows:First,through the analysis of voltage sag monitoring data of the transformer substation in recent years,the severity of the voltage sag in Zengcheng factory was evaluated.Using the power quality loss cost pattern of national standard,the production disruption cost of the major four workshops is counted.On account of the paint shop is most affected by the voltage sag,it is selected as the pilot workshop for this treatment.Then,after sorting out the electrical equipment in each workshop that was sensitive to voltage sags,economic loss caused by the production interruption in each workshop was counted by using the composition of the economic loss caused by the production disruption.Analyzing the composition of economic cost patterns and the economic cost proportion of each workshop clarified that the paint shop is most seriously affected by voltage sag.Besides,it provides economic cost data for the technical and economic analysis of the subsequent treatment.Afterwards,the paint shop was selected as the pilot workshop for this governance,and the governance decision process was clarified.According to the investigation of the power supply in the paint shop,the distribution and wires of the sensitive loads in the workshop were obtained.Compared the advantages and disadvantages of uninterruptible power supply,flywheel energy storage and dynamic voltage regulator,the dynamic voltage regulator is initially selected as the treatment device.Through technical and economic analysis,the parallel dynamic voltage regulator is finally selected as the treatment device for this project.Finally,the on-site installation,debugging and testing of the treatment device are introduced,and the on-site testing results are given besides.Through the effect analysis since the implementation of the governance plan,the effectiveness of it is verifiedThe research of the paper provides a complete flow for the evaluation and management of voltage sags for vehicle factory.Its feasibility and effectiveness have been verified in practice,which can provide important basis and reference for the management of voltage sags for vehicle factory in the future.
