Long-span spatial steel structure has the advantages of flexible structural layout,excellent seismic performance,and beautiful shape,and has become one of the most active areas of theoretical research and engineering application at home and abroad.Due to the large scale and the complex and diverse shapes of the long-span spatial structure,the probability of accidents during the construction of the structure is relatively high.Therefore,it is particularly important to choose a scientific,reasonable,safe,reliable and practical construction method.Taking the newly built Xuzhou-Huai’an-Yancheng Railway Yancheng station steel roof project as the background,the systematic research on the key technology of the lifting construction of the long-span spatial arch truss structure is carried to promote the construction technology of the long-scale complex spatial structure development and application.(1)The characteristics and applicability of current common construction methods of long-span spatial structures are analyzed to provide a reference for the comparison and selection of long-scale complex space structures,including high-altitude bulk method,high-altitude sliding method,split or block installation method,integral hoisting method,jacking and lifting method and so on..(2)Based on the steel roof project of the above station building,comparison of construction and installation methods is carried out,and the strategy of adopting the zoning lifting construction method for installation is proposed,and the zoning optimization analysis of the lifting method construction was carried out,and finally the division implementation plan for the improvement of five blocks is adopted.(3)Research on the partition assembly and lifting technology of arch truss structure is carried out on the key problems and difficulties of its assembly and lifting.The overall process and sequence of steel truss assembly and partition lifting is put forward,including the optimization of the assembled tire frame and the arrangement of lifting points so as to ensure the structural stability and safety during the lifting construction.(4)The whole-process construction simulation method of the long-span spatial arch truss structure is studied,and the construction simulation analysis model is established.Onthis basis,the simulation analysis of the whole process of lifting construction of the long-span spatial arch truss structure is carried on,as well as the analysis and safety assessment of the sensitivity of lifting asynchronous.Comparing with actual monitoring data,the feasibility of the lifting construction plan and rationality is verified,and some conclusions beneficial to the construction of the project are drawn.
