| With the increasing consumers’ requirements for car comfort,the NVH function of cars has become the key research objects of major production plants.Among them,the predictive analysis and optimization design of the noise in the car are of great significance to improve the NVH quality and ride comfort of the car.At present,most of the performance optimization of vehicle interior noise adopts deterministic optimization design methods.At least consider the impact of the body plate processing process and material performance parameters are uncertain factors,which causing the actual performance indicators of the interior noise to deviate from the design indicators and lack of design.Robustness.This paper considers the influence of the above uncertain factors on the NVH function of the car,and studies the robustness optimization design method.First,based on a car model,this paper establishes of BIW model,TB model and acoustic-structure coupling model.Based on the coupling model of the interior body and cavity,the noise transfer function in the car and the sound pressure level of the noise at the driver’s right ear are calculated,and the noise in the car is predicted and analyzed.Secondly,based on the sound pressure grade average square root in the driver’s right ear,the TB mass and the BIW first-order torsion mode as the optimization goal,established the deterministic optimization model of the acoustic characteristics,and complete the structural certainty optimization of the car body plate.In view of the possible impact of uncertainties such as processing process,material parameters and part quality distribution on the acoustic characteristics of the car,the thickness of the panel is selected as the independent variable,the material density and material elastic module of the plate as the unstable factor.Built a dual response surface robustness optimization model for the acoustic characteristics of the car.Using the particle group algorithm,completed the robust optimization of the acoustic characteristics of the car.Compared with the original value,the determinism optimization value and the robustness optimization design value.Although robust optimization design is not as effective as deterministic optimization in performance optimization,the noise fluctuation in the car is small,and its design optimization has better robustness. |
