| With China’s national macro policies and the high-quality development of the cruise tourism market,the cruise manufacturing industry has achieved great results.In order to form an advantageous industrial chain of cruise manufacturing industry,shorten the manufacturing cycle and reduce investment risks,many companies are involved in cooperation.But under the condition of limited rationality,each company pursues the maximization of its own interests and there is mutual interaction between supply chains while cooperating with each other Competition.In turn,it leads to vicious chain reactions such as broken cooperation chains and failed cooperation.In order to ensure the long-term stable and coordinated development of China’s cruise manufacturing supply chain,cruise manufacturers need to strengthen cooperation and coordination with external suppliers,and urgently need to establish a comprehensive supply chain coordination mechanism.This article first systematically sorts out the current research status at home and abroad through the literature research method,summarizes the relevant research theories at home and abroad,and points out the shortcomings of scholars in the supply chain research of cruise manufacturing at this stage.Secondly,from the perspective of supply chain coordination and game theory,the theoretical analysis of supply chain coordination mechanism is analyzed.Then analyzed the status quo of supply chain coordination at home and abroad in the cruise manufacturing industry and related industries,and summarized the excellent experience worthy of our learning.Then,from the perspective of the supply chain structure,supply chain coordination characteristics,existing problems,etc.,the in-depth analysis of the development status of China’s cruise manufacturing supply chain.Then based on the research results of the literature and the dynamics of the supply chain system,a secondary supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and two suppliers was constructed.According to the characteristics of the cruise ship-led supply chain,cooperation was established through reasonable assumptions.The output game model and cooperative price game model are used to quantitatively analyze the supply chain system coordination problem.Then based on the above results,using qualitative analysis method,quantitative analysis method,case analysis method and other research methods,finally built the incentive mechanism based on cruise ship manufacturers,the profit distribution mechanism based on the Shapley value method,and the blockchain-based Information sharing mechanisms and cooperative sharing mechanisms based on ethical principles.Finally,according to the research results and the cruise ship supply chain coordination mechanism,the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the coordinated development of the cruise ship supply chain in the future.After research,it is found that,in general,the level of cooperation between cruise ship manufacturers and supporting suppliers in China has continued to improve,but there are reasons such as a late start and incomplete supply chains,and the supply chain coordination performance is relatively unstable.This paper builds a cooperative output and cooperative price game model,pointed out the integrity of cruise ship manufacturers and suppliers,the research found that the faster the increase in production and price adjustment speed,the more likely the supply chain system is unstable.Based on the results of this study,this paper constructs a mechanism model for the coordinated development of China’s cruise manufacturing supply chain,which complements each other,prompting participating companies to focus on cooperation awareness and long-term interests,achieve mutual benefit and win-win,and at the same time maximize the value of the supply chain. |
