Research On Distribution Network Automation Construction Scheme And Benefit Analysis In Lingshou County

The original development form of China’s power grid,which emphasizes the main network but ignores the distribution network,makes the distribution network become a relatively weak link in the power grid,and the degree of automation of the distribution network is low.Therefore,the automation construction of the distribution network has become the only way for the development of the distribution network in the future.Based on the distribution network automation construction project in Lingshou County,this paper makes an in-depth study on the construction of distribution network automation system,and proposes a regional distribution network automation construction scheme,which can provide certain technical support and theoretical support for the construction of distribution network automation in other areas.This paper first analyzes the research background and significance of the subject,and describes the development status of distribution network automation at home and abroad.Then it analyzes the current situation of distribution network in Lingshou County,analyzes the problems existing in the process of distribution network automation construction in the early stage from two aspects of technology and management,and clarifies the construction requirements,construction principles and construction objectives of distribution network automation system in Lingshou County.After that,it establishes the construction scheme of distribution network automation system,designs the overall structure of distribution network automation system,determines the construction scheme of main station,sub station and terminal of distribution network automation,defines the performance index of main station system of distribution network automation,determines the construction scheme of distribution network automation substation and distribution network automation terminal,and defines the function configuration scheme of distribution network automation system and terminal Hardware and software indicators,the distribution network automation communication system is designed,and the rationality of network link design is proved.Finally,the construction benefit of distribution network automation is analyzed.Through the analysis of the core technical indicators after the completion of the distribution network automation,the economic benefits of the construction of the distribution network automation are explained through the calculation of the power outage loss of the users and the power supply reduction loss before and after the construction of the distribution network automation;the social benefits of the management of the distribution network automation construction are explained by analyzing the influence of the distribution network automation system on the distribution network management and the social image of the power grid.
