In order to formulate the quality evaluation standard of the elastic ring for filter bags,and provide the basis for designing the installation,disassembly and testing equipment of the elastic ring for filter bags,this study was carried out.The dust filter bag is an important part of the operation process of the bag dust collector.The bag-type dust collector relies on the tension of the ring-shaped metal spring sheet(namely the watch bar)to tension the bag mouth of the dust filter bag on the plate,which plays a role in fixing the filter bag and ensuring the seal between the bag bag mouth and the plate.Therefore,the tension of the bar has an important influence on the dust removal effect of the filter bag dust collector.In this paper,the experiment and analysis of the pressure and deformation of the radial compression of the ring are carried out.The pressure and deformation problems of 125 mm,145mm,155 mm carbon steel and stainless steel rings in the free state,the plate constrained state,and the plate and filter bag jointly constrained state are analyzed.The main work and research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The differential equation of the deflection curve when the ring is subjected to radial pressure is established,and the relationship between the displacement and pressure of the ring subjected to the radial pressure is obtained by solving the differential equation of the deflection curve.Establish the finite element model of the ring under the constraint of the plate,and solve the finite element model.It can be seen that the deformation amplitude is the largest at the upper end of the ring and the smallest at the lower end of the ring;the relationship between pressure and displacement is linearized.(2)The radial compression test of the ring under the free and unconstrained state is carried out,and the pressure-deformation curve of the ring is obtained.The pressure is linearly related to the elongation length of the ring,and the slope gradually increases during the pressure increase trend.The distribution and law of the maximum pressure of carbon steel and stainless steel thin-walled rings with 125 mm,145mm and 155 mm diameters in free and unconstrained state are analyzed.The results of variance analysis showed that the diameter F of the ring and the material’s degree of freedom F of the maximum value of the radial compression pressure of the thin-walled ring in the free and unconstrained state are 1.536,and the probability value p is 0,which has a significant effect.(3)The ring with plate constrained state,the plate and the filter bag are jointly constrained.The carbon steel and stainless steel rings with diameters of 125 mm,145mm,and 155 mm are subjected to radial compression tests.According to the test results,the ring is in two kinds of constraints The pressure change process under the state is as follows: level-sharp increase-sharp decrease-slow decrease;the maximum pressure is 220.82 N,the maximum pressure average is 188.88 N,and the standard deviation is20.22N;when the pressure is maximum,The maximum displacement of the indenter is 18.8mm,the average value is 16.35 mm,and the standard deviation is 2.08 mm.The results of analysis of variance show that the diameter of the ring has a significant effect on the maximum pressure and the average pressure when the plate and the filter bag are constrained together.The material has no significant effect on the average pressure,the maximum pressure and the minimum pressure of the ring deformation.The diameter of the plate has a significant effect on the average pressure and the maximum pressure,and has no significant effect on the minimum pressure;the ring material has no significant effect on the average pressure,maximum pressure,and minimum pressure.(4)Through three-factor three-level orthogonal test,do range analysis and multi-factor analysis of variance.The range analysis results show that the primary and secondary order of the influencing factors of the maximum radial pressure,the minimum pressure,and the average pressure of the ring are constraint state,diameter,and material.Variance analysis results show that the constrained state has a significant effect on the maximum pressure,pressure mean,and minimum pressure;diameter and material have a significant effect on the maximum pressure and pressure mean,but have no significant effect on the minimum pressure.(5)By comparing with the pressure-deformation curve of the ring obtained by the radial compression test of the ring,the pressure-deformation curve of the radial compression ring obtained by the differential equation of the deflection curve is closer to the test result.The pressure-deformation curve of the ring radial compression ring obtained by finite element method analysis is slightly worse than that of the radial compression test and the differential equation of the deflection curve.The pressure-deformation curve of the ring radial compression ring is calculated. |
