Nowadays,China’s 10kV distribution network,as a medium voltage distribution network,mostly adopts neutral non-effective grounding mode,namely small current grounding system.Single-phase grounding fault is not only the main component of small current grounding fault,but also one of the most common fault problems in the whole 10kV distribution network system.In addition,with the gradual progress of national power grid construction,10kV distribution network is now featured by complex construction environment,long distribution network lines,many molecular lines,large grounding resistance,small fault point current,and difficult fault location,which greatly increases the difficulty of single-phase ground fault prevention for 10kV distribution network lines.Based on this,this paper will summarize the harmfulness of single-phase ground fault based on distribution automation and processing mode,and determine the research significance of this paper.Then combined with the domestic and foreign distribution network single-phase grounding fault unit research results,the current commonly used numerical calculation positioning method and monitoring positioning method are analyzed and elaborated,to determine the main problems in the common methods.Thirdly,analyze the zero-sequence current and transverse fault current in the fault zone by means of simulation experiment,and complete the simulation model analysis of the effective value method and single-terminal distance measurement method for the fault zone location,and determine the simulation analysis results.Finally,combined with the existing information technology,the software,hardware and program design of single-phase earth fault location software was completed.Combined with practical engineering cases,the effectiveness of the single-phase earth fault location method proposed in this paper for the 10kV distribution network was analyzed.Finally,the accuracy and effectiveness of the single-phase earth fault location method proposed in this paper are clarified through ATP-EMTP simulation experiment and MATLAB data analysis table,which is worthy of widespread application in the actual distribution network construction process.
