The construction of marketing team is an important part of enterprise development.Enterprises should always make continuous efforts to build a perfect marketing team.The construction of a good marketing team can not only play a favorable role in the enterprise’s development planning,so that it can achieve significant improvement in marketing perform ance while expanding its popularity,but also help enterprises to obtain accurate marketing information and form competitive advantages.The construction of marketing team should be based on the marketing work,and with the help of the interaction and cooperation of marketing organization members,so as to jointly achieve the unified marketing goals.Based on incentive theory and learning organization theory,this paper makes a comprehensive study on the construction of efficient marketing team in KL company by means of literature analysis,case analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis.Based on the field investigation of KL company,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of its basic situation in the construction of marketing team,and based on this,evaluates the construction effect of marketing team with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.At the same time,problem-oriented,focusing on the evaluation of the deficiencies found in the construction of the marketing team of KL company,to develop tar geted solutions.The research shows that the current problems in the construction of marketing team in KL company include the lack of a perfect performance appraisal system,the lack of giving full play to team strength,and the lack of high quality of team members.Therefore,in order to make team building more efficient,this paper proposes specific measures such as improving the efficiency of performance management,further enhancing the integration force,and strengthening the professional quality of te am members.The purpose of this study is to continuously promote the all-round development of the marketing team of KL company,continuously improve the market competitiveness of the enterprise,and successfully achieve their own development goals.And in theory for relevant enterprises to build efficient marketing team to provide some reference.
