In recent years,with the development of agricultural industrialization in China,the level of agricultural mechanization has been improved.But at present,in the aspect of enterprise performance appraisal,our country lacks the position for comprehensive performance of the enterprise positioning,focusing on the appraisal of economic performance and ignoring its social performance,environmental performance,etc,comprehensive performance assessment.So the research of connotation of comprehensive performance for agricultural machinery production enterprises,and the design of Supervisory decision system can provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the scientific operations,healthy development,and enterprise comprehensive performance optimization and comprehensive value enhancement of industry of our country agricultural machinery production enterprise.In this paper,the author firstly expounds the comprehensive performance evaluation theory and stakeholder theory of agricultural machinery production enterprise,based on this,taking new research Co.,Ltd as an example,the financial dimension,the stakeholders dimension,business process dimension,and dimension of innovation and growth,the new research in comprehensive performance evaluation index system are constructed,and the weight of each index is determined by using the entropy weight method,and then taking the new research from 2010 to 2018 shares of the relevant data indicators as the research object.Differences of comprehensive performance of new research Co.,Ltd from each year are analyzed.The reasons of changes in integrated performance of new research Co.,Ltd are summarized.Finally,from the micro perspective of Enterprises and industries,the countermeasures and Suggestions of promoting specialization management level of agricultural machinery production enterprise are put forward.
