| Baiyangdian will play an important role in the future urban construction and development of Xiong’an New Area.The beautiful ecological environment construction of Xiong’an New Area is inseparable from Baiyangdian.The water management and environmental governance of Baiyangdian area are more related to the construction of Xiong’an New Area.The construction of Xiong’an New District,as the country’s "Millennium Plan",has determined its urban positioning at the beginning of construction,and it is necessary to establish a green and smart new city and create a beautiful ecological environment.Studying the realization path of oil-powered ships for the replacement of oil-powered ships in the Baiyangdian region is very important for the sustainable development of the Baiyangdian region.At the same time,it is of great significance to build a beautiful ecological environment in the Baiyangdian region and the environmental construction of the Xiong’an New District.This article first expounds the current research status of scholars at home and abroad from the application of electric energy substitution in "electricity for coal" and "electricity for oil".It also explains the related content of electric energy substitution and power demand side management,and introduces the relevant theory required for the model is introduced.The energy and environment related policies of Xiong’an New District and Baiyangdian were sorted out,the current status of the existing vessels in Baiyangdian area was introduced,and the comprehensive economic and environmental benefits of replacing oil-powered ships with electric ships were analyzed.Perform demand-side management.Secondly,a demand-side management model for the charging load of Baiyangdian electric ships is constructed.The improved grey forecasting model is used to establish a short-term forecast model of electric boat ownership in the Baiyangdian area,and then two methods are used to model the demand load of the electric boat’s charging load.One is demand-side management based on price incentives to charge Cost minimization establishes a model for the objective function;the other is demand-side management based on load aggregation,which minimizes the cost of charging and the number of charging piles as the objective function to establish the model.The final research results show that under the price incentive,through the real-time charging electricity price based on the dynamic change of the load,the user of the electric ship can be guided to avoid secondary peaks while charging at the trough.Under load aggregation,the two goals of load stability and the number of charging piles are considered at the same time,and the load stability coefficient and the number of charging piles under different weights are obtained.When α is in the range of 0.6-0.8,load stabilization and reducing the number of charging piles can be achieved.Aim to achieve overall optimum.The analysis of the realization path of electric power replacement for oil-powered ships in Baiyangdian provides a reference for the electric power replacement of ships in other lakes and other scenic spots,and promotes the ecological environment and clean construction of Xiong’an New District. |
