| The high-voltage circuit breaker is one of the most important power equipment in the entire power system,the reliability of whose working affects the stability of the entire power system.Therefore,the research on fault diagnosis technology of high-voltage circuit breaker is of great significance to improve the reliability of high-voltage circuit breaker and improve the stability of power supply.The main work of this paper is to develop a fault diagnosis system for high voltage circuit breakers.Firstly,the background and significance of the research on fault diagnosis technology of high voltage circuit breakers were introduced,and the development status of high voltage circuit breaker condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology was summarized and analyzed,and the vibration signal and control coil current signal of the circuit breaker were determined as the research objects for the research of fault diagnosis technology of high voltage circuit breaker.Secondly,the basic ideas and basic steps of the dynamic programming theory were described,and the basic principles of the dynamic time warping algorithm and its application in the field of high-voltage circuit breaker fault diagnosis were introduced,laying a theoretical foundation for subsequent work.Thirdly,the control coil current equivalent circuit was established to analyze the typical control coil current waveform characteristics.The typical control coil current fault diagnosis method was introduced in detail and its shortcomings were analyzed,the dynamic time warping method was applied to the circuit breaker fault diagnosis based on the control coil current and a fault diagnosis method for circuit breaker based on control coil current was proposed.Fouthly,Aiming at the limitation of the control coil current in the high voltage circuit breaker fault diagnosis,the vibration signal of the circuit breaker was studied.The characteristics of the vibration signal were summarized and analyzed by analyzing the collected data.The short-time analysis technology used in the speech signal processing was applied to the feature extraction of the vibration signal,the dynamic time warping method was combined again and a fault diagnosis method for circuit breaker based on vibration signal was proposed.Finally,on the basis of the above research,combined with the actual needs of the site,a prototype of a high voltage circuit breaker fault diagnosis system was developed,the overall framework of the high voltage circuit breaker fault diagnosis system was established,the system hardware was selected,and the software system user was designed,including the interface and each sub-module,the two proposed fault diagnosis methods were embedded in the developed high voltage circuit breaker fault diagnosis system.According to the actual field verification,the high-voltage circuit breaker fault diagnosis system developed by this subject can quickly and accurately evaluate the working status of high-voltage circuit breaker,thus providing a scientific reference for the arrangement of maintenance plans and improving the efficiency of cir cuit breaker maintenance,which has great practical value and promotion and has great practical value and promotion significance. |
