| Whether in life,industrial or military,fluid flow is one of the key parameters,so measuring fluid flow rate and then obtaining flow is a key technology.Compared with other measurement methods,the ultrasonic Doppler method has the same accuracy and repeatability for the forward and reverse flow rates,the physical properties of the medium,the p H and other physical properties do not affect the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter,and it is easier to solve the complex pipeline measurement flow.Problems and other advantages.It has been widely used in various measurement tests such as water supply,electric power,petroleum,chemical industry,metallurgy,coal mine,environmental protection,medical treatment,etc.Therefore,it is of great economic and social significance to study a high precision ultrasonic Doppler flowmeter.This design uses the Doppler method to measure the fluid flow rate.The flowmeter uses the STM32 microcontroller as the core of the entire control system.This paper explores the main methods and key technologies in the design and research of pipeline ultrasonic doppler flowmeter,further researches on the theoretical results of predecessors,and finally makes debugging and improvement of the system through testing in the actual environment to optimize the test results and improve the test accuracy.The specific work is as follows:1.Design and study ultrasonic emission circuit.Ultrasonic transducer with the method of close to the pipeline installation,as a result of ultrasonic w ave in pipe wall,there will be the phenomenon of propagation along the pipe wall,which reduces the ultrasonic signal power,and the ultrasonic transmission attenuation in the water,will also affect the strength of the received signal receiving transduce r end,so you need to design of ultrasonic transmission circuit is studied,in order to achieve the best transmission power.2.Design and study the signal receiving circuit.Ultrasonic signal transmission,through the pipe wall along the pipe wall,in fluid transmission such as will make the attenuation of signal intensity,at the same time in the received signal with noise mixed in the outside world,so the LC frequency selective amplification circuit design network,operational amplifier,mixer,etc to filter out the environment noise,improve signal-to-noise ratio,optimization to improve the effect of the ultrasonic signals.3.Design and research on software signal processing technology.This paper introduces the difference and connection between FFT and Zoom-FFT,introduces the principle of software filter and writes the corresponding program.4.Debug and improve the overall system of the finished product prototype.This paper introduces the overall design of the system,including hardware design,software design and communication design. |
