In order to reduce building energy consumption and achieve sustainable development of buildings,nearly zero energy buildings have received widespread attention as the development goal of future building energy efficiency.As the world’s largest developing country and carbon-emitting country,China has made great efforts to push buildings towards nearly zero energy consumption.For more than a decade,the government has issued many related policies and regulations,and the current research lacks a systematic review and analysis of the development of nearly zero energy buildings in China.In addition,the long-term monitoring of indoor environment quality indicators is scarce;Most of the current research focuses on calculating the energy saving rate of buildings with nearly zero energy buildings,and it is rare to carefully analyze the changes in the cooling and heating load of buildings and discuss the different parameters for building energy consumption;Based on the above issues,the following research has been carried out in this paper:Firstly,the status quo of development of nearly zero energy buildings in China.Based on the current relevant literature and laws and regulations published in China,the development of nearly zero energy buildings in China is defined in terms of definition,scale,policies and standards of the nearly zero energy buildings;further,based on Nearly Zero Energy Building Collection of best examples,detailed analysis from climatic zone,building area and the connection between floor and building area.Secondly,the analysis and evaluation of nearly zero energy building operation.The article takes a typical nearly zero energy residential building in a cold area as an example to conduct data monitoring and analysis of indoor environmental quality and HVAC energy consumption for two years.It mainly content includes: analysis of typical daily indoor environmental parameters,and changes in indoor environmental parameters,analysis of laws and seasonal distribution characteristics of indoor air quality parameters and energy consumption analysis of HVAC.Furthermore,case building energy simulation and analysis.Based on the relevant parameters of the real building and the current building energy-saving design standards,the DeST modeling software was used to build a nearly zero energy building and a benchmark building software model,respectively,to carry out a study on the natural room temperature response of the building,the building cooling and heating load characteristics,and further calculate the building relative energy saving rate and energy saving benefits;Finally,the building energy consumption is simulated and optimized.By adjusting the software-related parameter settings,the energy conservation analysis and evaluation of the difference between the personnel’s set temperature,tolerance temperature and the number of ventilations are provided to provide suggestions for further reducing building energy consumption.
