Abstract/Summary:
Global energy crisis helps facilitate the development of renewable energy.The strategy of sustainable development has promoted the use of renewable energy,and a large number of renewable energy generating units have been connected to the power system.And the power system is gradually developing towards large-scale and large capacity,the grid structure is becoming more and more complex,as well.However,with the increase of renewable energy installed capacity,the fluctuation and randomness of renewable energy have a great impact on the power grid,which makes it difficult to make power grid scheduling and generation plan.Meanwhile,the low consumption restricts the full utilization of renewable energy.Therefore,the research on the mid-long term scheduling method of power system with various energy is meaningful to the application of renewable energy.In this paper,in view of the mid-long term operation of power system with significant penetration of renewable energy,due to the uncertainty of wind and solar resources,the non-parametric kernel density estimation is adopted for wind power forecasting and the photovoltaic power is forecasted using clustering method from the perspective of data mining.On this basis,a contract power decomposition model with wind /photovoltaic /hydro generators is proposed considering both power decomposition and unit maintenance plan.The contract power decomposition model can improve the accommodation of renewable energy sources during peak-output periods and minimize the maintenance cost.Meanwhile,the unit maintenance plans are prepared according to the distribution of resources,which ensures the economics of unit maintenance.Finally,taking a certain area of Qinghai Province as the research object,this paper designs four scenarios to compare.The results illustrate the significance of the combined optimization of power decomposition and maintenance plan,as well as the superiority of the multi-objective model in economy and consumption of renewable energy.Comprehensive analysis shows that the proposed model of power system with wind /solar /water energy improves the consumption of renewable energy while ensuring the economic operation,and verifies the applicability and effectiveness of the contract power decomposition model of multi-energy power system.
