Micro radial turbines are widely used in micro power engine such as micro gas turbine due to their advantages of high power and efficiency under small size.However,the complex three-dimensional flow caused by the passage turn structure and small size makes the design difficult.The research on the design parameters of the micro radial turbine is of great significance for improving turbine performance,reducing design and optimizing costs.Aiming at this problem,a micro radial turbine for gas turbine was designed,and the optimization of the installation angle of the guide vane and the load distribution of the rotor were carried out by numerical simulation.Including the following aspects.1.A one-dimensional aerodynamic design was carried out to select the relevant design parameters such as inlet diameter of the rotor and the number of blades,and a radial turbine with an outer diameter of 214 mm and an efficiency of 85% was obtained.2.Aiming at the problem of difficult rectification caused by the small size of the guide vane in the micro radial turbine,the guide vane blade angle that linear distribution and small leading or trailing edge gradient are compared.Determine the adjustment direction during the design and optimization of the guide vane angle.3.Under the premise of ensuring the consistent blade angle ratio at each chord length and adjusting the consistency to make the flow range close,the rectification performance of the guide vanes at different inlet installation angles was compared.After obtaining the optimal inlet installation angle range,aiming at the radial secondary flow problem in the channel,adjust the inlet circumferential and axial kinetic energy distribution by adjusting the inlet flow angle to reduce the secondary flow loss and further optimize the guide vane rectification performance,which provides a certain reference for the guide vane design.4.On the basis of the guide vane optimization,the installation angle of the rotor blade outlet is optimized.Then the two rotor blades with high and low load are obtained,the flow field analysis is performed to determine the loss distribution in the channel.The blade angle at each position of the middle arc is adjusted to distribute the rotor blade load distribution.This analysis of the influence of load distribution on tip leakage vortex and efficiency provides a reference for the design and optimization of rotor blades.On this basis,adjust the turbine flow range through the guide vane outlet installation angle and the number of blades to optimize the efficiency under the design conditions,and select the blade span that has a relatively significant impact on the efficiency during the load optimization process.Further optimize the inlet conditions of rotor to obtain the best guide vane installation angle and improve the efficiency of turbine under the design conditions.
