| FPSO(Floating Production Storage and Offloading Units)is one of the most widely used technical equipment for offshore oil and gas development. It is a floating production platform integrating oil and gas production, oil and gas processing, oil storage and unloading. As the carrier to realize these functions, the topside of FPSO has the potential risks of oil and gas leakage, fire and explosion due to its compact structure and complex equipment composition, which poses a serious threat to the safety of personnel, property and environment.FPSO topside is faced with various risks during operation.Based on the Ministry of industry and information technology project "deepwater general FPSO development",the failure risk analysis of FPSO topside is carried out, which provides technical support for FPSO risk control and management.(1)The subsystems and equipment which are prone to failure or have great influence on FPSO topside are defined,Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA)is used to identify the risk, and the Risk Priority Number(RPN)of various main failure modes of relevant equipment is given. The key subsystems are determined by analyzing the RPN.(2)The Petri net model theory is introduced and the Petri net model is used to analyze the key equipment of the FPSO topside. The reliability of the system is discussed by calculating the first failure time of the equipment.(3)Several factors that limit FPSO operation and maintenance are introduced. The influence of weather factors and maintenance resources on FPSO availability is mainly explored.Combined with weather window and maintenance queuing decision, the FPSO operation and maintenance model is established. The influence of weather factors and maintenance resources on system operation and maintenance is quantitatively evaluated by calculating system availability and equipment availability.(4)Equipment will deteriorate in actual operation.Accordingly,a maintenance and replacement strategy under incomplete maintenance is proposed.Combined with the influence of marine maintenance constraints,a maintenance decision model based on Petri net is established, the equipment degradation process of FPSO topside system is described, and the applicability of the model is verified. On this basis, the quantitative risk analysis of FPSO topside is carried out from three dimensions of reliability, availability and maintainability, and finally the optimization of system operation and maintenance strategy based on risk is completed. |
