| With the continuous upgrading of the electronic countermeasure system in modern warfare, the netted radar becomes more and more important.Distributed interference is an effective way to jam with netted radar. This "many-to-many" interference mode makes the research on radar jamming effect evaluation no longer limited to a single level, but has evolved into a multi-level problem covering many influencing factors, spanning methodology and value theory. The evaluation of the interference effects is a guarantee for accurately grasping the battlefield situation. Most traditional interference effect evaluation methods only consider single or static influencing factors, and cannot comprehensively and objectively evaluate the interference effect. This paper studies on the problem of evaluating the jamming effect of the distributed jammer jamming netted radar. There are many factors that affect the interference effect of netted radars, and the degree of influence is uncertain, which cannot be described clearly by simple binary logic. In response to this problem, the dissertation first studied the multi-factor interference effect evaluation index based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)method from the fields of time, space, frequency and energy. The traditional FCE method does not consider the dynamic changes of interference factors caused by the change of the situation of the two sides in the actual confrontation environment.Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes an improved FCE method based on variable membership function, and determines the membership function adjustment factor according to the interference factor and the change of the interference factor. The simulation results show that the evaluation method can more objectively reflect the changes of interference factors, and make a more comprehensive and reasonable evaluation of interference effects. The change of the confrontation scene will affect the evaluation result of the interference effect, and the same evaluation framework cannot be used for different scenes.According to the confrontation scenarios, the paper studies the interference effects under three different interference modes: "one-to-one","one-to-many" and "many-to-one".Firstly,for the "one-toone" mode,an improved FCE method based on the variable membership function is used to construct the interference signal ratio evaluation index. On this basis, for the "one-to-many" jamming mode, the effective jamming time of the jammer facing radars of different threat levels is considered. The interference time loss coefficient is introduced into the interference signal ratio evaluation index for evaluation, and a more reasonable evaluation result is obtained. In addition, for the "many-to-one" interference mode, the influence of antenna directivity is considered when evaluating the interference effect. The jamming effect of the combined power of multiple jammers on the radar is analyzed by simulation.Jammers need to consider their own risks while performing interference. On the basis of the above research, the paper improved the interference evaluation method combined with the results of interference decision-making.Firstly,the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for pre-evaluation,and several interference decision-making schemes that meet the operational requirements are found through artificial bee colony algorithm.Secondly, for different interference decision-making schemes, using radar discovery probability as an indicator, the influence of different K values based on the Rank-K data fusion criterion on the detection performance of netted radars and the interference effects of different interference modes are analyzed. Finally, considering the above results, using the " principle of equal risk" to determine the interference effectiveness measurement standard. The purpose that the netted radar is effectively jammed while the risk of jammers is reduced has been achieved. |
