With the continuous development of the global economy,problems such as resource shortages and environmental pollution have gradually become apparent,and the contradiction between energy supply and demand has become prominent.Green and sustainability have gradually become an important theme of economic development.With the development of the new energy industry,new energy electric vehicles have received widespread attention due to their significant advantages in cleanliness and energy saving.New energy electric vehicles that can achieve "zero emissions" and low noise can make a significant contribution to improving environmental quality and energy conservation and emission reduction.Therefore,governments and relevant agencies of various countries have also issued various policies to support the development of the new energy vehicle industry.The logistics industry,which is innovating green logistics operation modes and promoting green transportation and distribution,has also started to focus to the application of new energy electric vehicles in logistics distribution.However,because new energy electric vehicles are affected by battery capacity,mileage constraints and scarcity of charging facilities,in the new energy electric vehicle routing problem,new factors such as the maximum mileage of the vehicle,battery capacity,charging plan,charging time,charging strategy,and availability of charging stations need to be considered.This provides a new research background and direction for vehicle routing issues.Therefore,the research in this paper focuses on the application of new energy electric vehicles in logistics and distribution,and the main research contents include the following aspects.(1)Optimizing model and solution of partial charging new energy electric vehicle logistics distribution routing.Range anxiety will affect the timing of charging for vehicles,allowing the distribution vehicle to be partially charged,which can save charging time and charging costs,and complete the distribution task more efficiently.Therefore,considering the electric quantity constraint,load constraint,range anxiety,partial charging method and other factors respectively,a mixed integer programming model with the minimum total cost of logistics distribution system is established.Finally,this chapter use the improved ant colony algorithm to solve the model constructed in this chapter,and designs the specific solving steps according to the problem model in this chapter.(2)Optimization model and solution of new energy electric vehicle logistics distribution routing using segmented charging.In order to reduce the battery consumption of the delivery vehicle and save the distribution cost of the logistics system,a segmented charging strategy is proposed in this research question.According to the current power level of the battery and the subsequent distribution tasks,combining the charging and discharging characteristics of the battery and the advantages of different charging methods,distribution vehicles arriving at the charging station or distribution center are charged by the segmented charging strategy,which can not only improve the charging efficiency,but also maintain the batteries and reduce the cost of the logistics distribution system.Based on the research in(1),considering the soft time window constraint and charging strategy,a mixed integer programming model with the minimum total cost of the logistics distribution system is developed,and then the ant colony algorithm is improved and designed to solve the constructed model.(3)This article takes the HS Group Co.,Ltd.as a case application background,and applies new energy electric vehicles as a new distribution tool to the distribution business with the HS’s dairy-related distribution data in Shenyang.This paper uses Matlab to programmatically calculate and analyze the new energy electric vehicle distribution route optimization model and solution algorithm partial charging and segmented charging strategy,to obtain the optimal distribution plan,analyze the solution results,and verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.In the context of green logistics,this paper studies the optimization of the logistics distribution routing of new energy electric vehicle considering the charging strategy,and makes a new expansion of the research on the VRP.The model and method constructed in this paper are applied and researched through practical case,in order to provide theoretical basis and method reference for relevant research and applications,and promote the application of new energy electric vehicles in logistics distribution.
