| The internal structure of the ship is complicated.Every noise source signal reaches the corresponding target point through the corresponding transmission path in the transmission system,and generates radiated noise in the water,which has a great impact on the concealment of the ship.Therefore,the transmission path of ship vibration and noise is studied.It is of great significance to improve the acoustic stealth performance of ships.Common vibration and noise transfer path analysis methods include TPA,fast transfer path analysis method and OPA,etc.,but these methods are single-stage,and the internal mechanical equipment of the ship is complex and diverse,and single-stage transmission The path cannot meet the requirements;the current transfer path analysis methods mostly use internal signal sources to carry out positive excitation from the inside,which is more difficult.Therefore,this article uses two methods to study the ship vibration and noise transmission path:(1)The multi-stage transfer path analysis method is used to analyze the complex ship vibration and noise as a whole;(2)The external sound source is used for reverse test,and the normal Compare the incentives and analyze the similarities and differences between the two.This paper mainly studies the transmission characteristics of ship vibration and noise.The multi-stage transfer path analysis method is used to study the transfer characteristics of ship noise,and the main transfer path of the system is analyzed through the calculation of the transfer matrix and the analysis of the contribution amount.In order to accurately find the main transfer path,this paper optimizes the analysis method of the working condition transfer path:(1)The truncated total least squares method based on SVD is studied to enhance the stability of the transfer matrix and reduce the ill-conditioned matrix.(2)By studying the heavy coherence analysis method based on partial coherence analysis to detect whether the transmission path is missing;(3)by studying the independent component algorithm with constraints,separating the coupled signals,and solving the simultaneous vibration generation of multiple signal sources The problem of signal coupling can more accurately estimate the transfer characteristics of ship radiated noise.Using COMSOL software to carry out modeling and simulation and cabin tank test,through data processing,the results prove that the optimized OPA can effectively identify the main transfer path and noise source.By calculating the transfer function,the reciprocity of noise transfer is verified,and the problem in the equipment in the simulation model is diagnosed,which proves that both the forward and reverse transfer paths can be applied to system fault detection.The above results prove the effectiveness of the algorithm and provide guidance for the troubleshooting of ship machinery and equipment. |
