The trans-medium unmanned vehicle can operate in the water and in the air,and it can also perform trans-medium movement.It has more operational strategies to perform more diversified tasks.These characteristics determine that it will be widely used in disaster relief,exploration,military reconnaissance and other fields.Based on actual needs and applications,this paper designs a cross-medium unmanned vehicle with simple structure,long endurance,and high efficiency,using propellers and gearboxes as propulsion devices.The overall design of the trans-medium vehicle and the strength check of key components,as well as the strategic analysis of the water-inlet and water-inflow of the trans-medium vehicle,were also carried out.Finally,aerodynamic analysis and hydrodynamic analysis were carried out to verify the design plan.According to the actual requirements of the trans-medium unmanned vehicle,the overall design was completed,and the cooperation of propeller and gearbox was selected as the propulsion system scheme through analysis.The calculation and theoretical analysis of the relevant design parameters lay the foundation for the subsequent structural design and optimization of key parts and the calculation of fluid mechanics.Strength check and structural optimization of the key components of the cross-medium unmanned vehicle are carried out.The structural design of the battery equipment compartment and the central wing box was completed,and the strength was checked based on the finite element method.Completed the structural design of the wing and carried out strength check and structural optimization based on ANSYS.According to the design of the structure of the cross-medium unmanned vehicle,the center of gravity is calculated,which provides a basis for the subsequent cross-medium transition strategy and the analysis of hydrodynamic and aerodynamic characteristics.The effluent and entry strategy of the trans-medium vehicle is studied.According to the water-entry process of the cross-medium vehicle,the simulation analysis was performed based on Fluent,and the strength of the structure was checked according to the instantaneous impact force it received,and the best water-entry strategy was determined.The hydrodynamic and aerodynamic characteristics of the trans-medium vehicle are studied.The CFD technology is used to analyze the torque changes of the trans-medium unmanned vehicle during the movement,verify the stability of the trans-medium vehicle in flight and underwater submarine,and calculate the performance of the trans-medium unmanned vehicle based on the simulation results.
