Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has the advantages of small size,high power density,high efficiency,small moment of inertia and fast response speed,etc.It has been widely used in many fields such as air compressor,turbocharger,blower,turbomolecular pump,flywheel energy storage system,etc.However,the fundamental frequency of high-speed all-digital fuzzy big,less number of turns of the stator winding inductance value,results in the presence of large amounts of harmonic current in the stator winding,not only affects the work efficiency and torque of the all-digital fuzzy stationarity,still can cause permanent magnet eddy current loss temperature,permanent magnet long time running in high temperature condition can produce permanent demagnetization,motor will not be able to work properly.Therefore,it is of great significance to reduce the harmonic content of the stator current of high-speed PMSM by selecting an appropriate inverse topology and control strategy.In this paper,the optimal control strategy selection of highspeed PMSM is studied in the following aspects:Firstly,the mathematical model of PMSM is analyzed in detail.Two level vector control,three level vector control and PAM(pulse amplitude modulation)square wave control are introduced from three aspects of control principle,inverse topology and driving strategy,and the corresponding control block diagram is given.According to the working principle of two-level SVPWM modulation technology,the calculation formula of PMSM voltage harmonic is deduced,which can consider the dead zone effect and delay effect.Then,the calculation formula of PMSM current harmonic is obtained according to the voltage equation of motor.Is studied based on this,the two level under different carrier than current harmonic change law of vector control,get a kind of suitable for high-speed all-digital fuzzy control scheme based on Si C power devices and high carrier than two level vector control,and analyzes the two level under the vector control even order harmonic current several times and three times the current harmonic generation principle,And the elimination scheme of corresponding frequency harmonics is given.Secondly,the calculation formula of voltage and current harmonics controlled by PAM square wave is deduced,and the optimal conduction Angle of PAM square wave modulation is solved.Under the optimal conduction Angle,the current harmonic distortion rate can be effectively reduced.At the same time,the searching method of ideal reversing position controlled by PAM square wave is analyzed,and the corresponding control block diagram is given.Finally,the simulation models of two-level vector control,three-level vector control and PAM square wave control are built by using MATLAB/Simulink software.It is verified that the improved carrier ratio of two-level vector control and the optimal conduction Angle of PAM square wave control can effectively reduce the harmonic content of stator current and make the waveform closer to sinusoidal.Comparison and analysis of high carrier ratio two-level vector control,threelevel vector control and optimal conduction Angle PAM square wave control,the simulation results of the three control schemes,combined with the corresponding current harmonic model,finally gives the optimal control strategy selection scheme of high-speed PMSM.
