| Accompanying the policy requirements of "Strengthening the construction and management of urban underground pipelines",non-excavated pipe laying technology of pipe jacking method has achieved rapid development in recent years due to its environmental-friendly,low ground disturbance and short construction period.However,the leading technical theory and construction results do not mean that China has a complete and efficient jacking technology training service.In order to improve the training efficiency of pipe jacking technology and reduce the training cost,a set of multimedia training and evaluation system for pipe jacking non-excavation laying technology has been developed,focusing on the theoretical teaching of pipe jacking technology,aiming at the present situation that the skill quality of the practitioners in pipe jacking industry in China is different.This system is based on adult learner theory,supported by computer multimedia technology and Java Web technology,and takes Unity3 D engine as the main platform to carry out the following research work:Firstly,the relevant theoretical knowledge and latest development trend of pipe laying technology by pipe jacking are sorted out comprehensively,and the training materials such as text,image,animation and video are edited and integrated with multimedia technology to complete the design and development of "theoretical learning" module.By combining teaching theory with construction experience,this module can provide detailed and vivid theoretical learning materials for pipe jacking constructors.It is also supported by a simulated examination system with random questions selection,which improves the efficiency of theoretical training.Secondly,the virtual simulation system is developed for the construction scene of mud-level balanced pipe jacking using Unity3 D engine,and the virtual roaming technology is used to complete the construction of the "scene simulation" module.This module realizes the interaction between the students and the construction scene from the first perspective,increases the interaction of the system and raises the students’ interest in learning.Finally,the Test Management Platform was developed using Spring Boot technology with front-end and back-end separation.Through My SQL database technology,the visual operation of adding,deleting,modifying and checking test questions is realized.The genetic algorithm is used as an intelligent paper-forming strategy to reasonably control the difficult level and assessment direction of the questions in the test paper,so as to provide a more reasonable assessment and evaluation method according to the training situation of students in different batches.After testing,the multi-media training and evaluation system for Pipe-Jacking nonexcavation laying technology has smooth jump connection and stable operation,which can meet the requirements of pipe-jacking non-excavation laying technology. |
