The manufacturing industry is China’s pillar industry.However,the manufacturing industry is not strong,its technological capabilities are weak,and its lack of independent innovation capability has always been a key factor constraining the development of China’s manufacturing industry.With the rapid development of the world economy,the rapid changes in consumer market demand,Germany and China have successively proposed Industry 4.0 and the "Made in China 2025 Strategy" to cope with such changes.It is urgent for manufacturing companies to accelerate the transformation and upgrading to smart manufacturing to cope with the rapidly changing market environment Manufacturing companies must build intelligent factories to achieve intelligent manufacturing.The foundation of smart factories is smart warehousing and logistics.Smart logistics can be said to be the core of intelligent manufacturing.It is the key to improving the production efficiency of manufacturing enterprises,reducing production costs and enhancing market competitiveness.At present,some research related to smart logistics has attracted the attention of many experts and scholars.For automobile manufacturers,the cost of material distribution in the factory is the main cost of logistics,and the degree of automation of automobile manufacturing enterprises is high,Most of them use industrial robots plus intelligent production lines,and the cost compression space in manufacturing.It is already very small,so more and more companies are shifting their focus to reducing logistics costs.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the intelligent logistics path planning and scheduling of automobile manufacturing enterprises.(1)A smart logistics path planning model for automobile manufacturing enterprises considering the demand splitting is constructed.The path planning is proposed in a demand-separable mode,and on this basis,based on the order split The soft time window constraint is proposed,and the penalty cost when the vehicle deviates from the time window is analyzed in detail.The analysis method of the vehicle spatio-temporal network is proposed.Each layer of space-time network is composed of a single vehicle,which divides the complex path network into individual vehicles.The network layer not only can monitor the driving state of each car more intuitively,but also reduce the planning difficulty,and avoid the blockage and collision of the vehicle in the narrow logistics channel of the plant.Finally,the search algorithm should be forbidden to solve the model to get the optimal line scheme.(2)The intelligent logistics scheduling model of automobile manufacturing enterprises based on SPS material distribution mode was constructed.When the traditional manufacturing enterprises carry out the distribution of materials in the production line,they are usually delivered according to the time of assembly or the type of materials.The automobile manufacturing enterprises are more complicated in process,more difficult in process,more types of parts and components,and the production line is compact In this paper,a two-level optimization model is proposed.The first-level optimization model is aimed at the minimum distribution slack.The second-level constraint model is based on the total annual operating cost of smart logistics.Finally,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal configuration scheme and the total annual operating cost.(3)By applying the mentioned intelligent logistics path planning and scheduling model to the actual automobile manufacturing enterprise A whole vehicle factory,by collecting the actual production data of the A whole vehicle factory,the plant area data and other aspects,the profile of the A complete vehicle factory And the characteristics,the construction of intelligent logistics path planning and scheduling model,and then use the algorithm to solve,prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method,and provide reference and guidance for the future research of intelligent logistics path planning and scheduling of automobile manufacturing enterprises.Finally,this paper analyzes the results and limitations,and expounds the work that needs further research for the next step.
