Abstract/Summary:
Hydraulic composite seals with small friction,wear,long life and other advantages,so it is widely used.The durability of the composite seals plays a key role in the effective sealing of the sealing device,and the important factor to define the durability of the seals is the leakage per unit cycle,so it is of great significance to study the leakage of the composite seals for the sealing device.In this paper,the leakage detection system of the developed composite seals is taken as the research object,the mathematical model of system detection error is established,and the calibration system is designed and developed to improve the system detection accuracy and verify the feasibility of the system.After studying the factors that affect the detection accuracy of the system,the fluid dynamic seal theory is used for in-depth analysis and research.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)The detection principle of the leakage detection system of the combined seals is studied,and the detection error of the system is preliminarily analyzed.(2)The mathematical model of the sliding friction force in the dry friction state of each cylinder is established,and based on the fluid seal theory,Reynolds equation and Newton’s law of viscosity,the formula of sliding friction force in the mixed friction state of each cylinder is derived.The correctness of the theoretical calculation is verified by simulation analysis and experimental research.On this basis,the influence of sliding friction on the detection accuracy of the system is studied.(3)The relationship between the maximum static friction force of the measuring cylinder and sliding friction force was obtained through experimental research.On this basis,the influence of the maximum static friction force of the measuring cylinder being converted into sliding friction force on the detection accuracy of the system was studied.(4)The optimal design of the system is completed,and the mathematical model of the system detection error caused by the sliding friction of the measuring cylinder and the conversion of the maximum static friction force of the measuring cylinder into sliding friction force is established.(5)The calibration system is designed and developed,and the calibration experiment of the new detection system is carried out.In this paper,the research on the key technology of precise leakage detection of the combined seals is carried out,and the analysis and optimization design of the influence of the friction of the measuring cylinder on the detection accuracy is completed,which is of great reference significance for the research of leakage detection of the seals.
