point of land use and structure optimization in shenyang.But the area of industrial space layout optimization is within the scope of natural,social and economic restriction and a variety of factors,therefore,the land layout optimization is a complex,nonlinear,many factors in the interaction process of compound and complex,so how to go from the great amount of data of land use data to extract the internal mechanism of the optimal layout of industrial land and operation mode,the use of geographical simulation system and implementation of the intelligent optimization theory and method of industrial land planning the layout of the scientific rationalization and multi-agent intelligent,will certainly become the study of urban land use and spatial structure optimization of a component.The research in this paper is based on the spatial distribution of industrial land within the scope of land use in the downtown area of Shenyang.The space presents the characteristics of the distribution of the circle and the heterogeneity of land use.The location elements and basic services of the elements from the urban center are analyzed and studied.Facility has an important influence on the choice of industrial land layout and organization law,extracting the influence factor of industrial land layout;establishing a comprehensive selection probability model based on the influence factor and land use map map conversion characteristics,firstly analyzing the industrial land layout and its land use expansion internal mechanism Based on the establishment of the Logistic-CA model,the mechanism of the constraints of the coupled ecological control line and the multi-agent behavior of the interaction,decision-making and game of the government,enterprises and surrounding residents are also considered,and the "bottom-up" is adopted.The model optimization strategy analyzes the interaction and game mechanism between the intrinsic microscopic space and the entity,and simultaneously integrates the multi-agent system and the cellular automaton related technology to establish the Logistic-CA-Agent industrial land model;Finally,the model is verified and applied.The ArcGIS platform is used to classify and analyze the basic data of the basic data,establish a unified neighborhood spatial conversion rate,and finally obtain a more scientific model coefficient index,so as to obtain a reasonable quantitative model.According to the second-class land use remote sensing data of Shenyang City in 2000,2005 and 2010,the grid value of three years.According to the establishment of Logistic-CA-Agent industrial land model,and the control index and self-learning ability based on GeoSOS software,the data of land use prediction and simulation analysis are obtained,and the trend of industrial land layout in downtown Shenyang is finally determined.,to provide reference for future planning and rationalization of existing land use.The evaluation of industrial land suitability reflects the intensive industrial land layout and the rationalization of social resource allocation.The optimization objectives under the specific multi-impact factors are more complicated due to the relative differences between the primary and objective conditions.The characteristics of diversification,therefore,need to be tailored according to the specific form of the specific land,so as to optimize the target and design through reasonable and feasible,and at the same time,gradually explore and combine with the argument to achieve the optimal state of industrial land use.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In the scope of the study area,using the powerful data analysis processing and visualization capabilities of the ArcGIS analysis platform,according to the spatial scope of the industrial land in the urban area of downtown Shenyang,the space presents the distribution characteristics of the circle layer and the heterogeneity of land use.With the autocorrelation analysis of space,the railway,highway,urban development center and advantageous development orientation have an important influence on the choice and organization of industrial land layout.(2)The impact factors extracted based on the layout characteristics of industrial land use and the selection of the characteristics of the second-class land use remote sensing data in Shenyang,2000,2005 and 2010 were studied,and the ecological control line was introduced,including the exclusion of water source protection areas and green space protection areas.The layer and agent parts,including the game process of government,enterprises and surrounding residents,improve and supplement the Logistic-CA model,and obtain a more scientific and reasonable Logistic-CA-Agent industrial land model.It provides the basis for quantitative support for the next simulation of industrial land layout simulation.(3)The remote sensing data of the second-class land use in Shenyang,2000,2005 and 2010 were studied.Using the grid values simulated from 2000 to 2010,the point-to-point precision analysis was carried out to obtain the simulation model for the conversion of cultivated land into industrial land.According to the Logistic-CA-Agent industrial land model,the scientific and reliable land use prediction simulation data of 2020 is obtained.Finally,the suitability evaluation results of the industrial land in the downtown area of Shenyang are finally determined,and the trend of industrial land layout in the downtown area of Shenyang is determined.Advantageous location,providing reference for future planning of industrial land and rationalization of existing land use. |
