| Blasting vibration signal is a kind of non-stationary signal, which contains the main information in the process of blasting. The traditional time-frequency analysis method is not clear enough in time-frequency resolution. As a new non-stationary and non-linear signal analysis method, variational mode decomposition(VMD)has excellent time-frequency resolution, and its processing effect on mode aliasing and endpoint effect is significantly higher than empirical mode decomposition(EMD).In this paper, the variational mode decomposition is applied to the analysis of blasting vibration signal in mining area. The time-frequency distribution information of blasting vibration signal is obtained by the combination of VMD and Teager energy operator demodulation. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Compared with EMD and VMD decomposition methods,VMD decomposition method has rigorous logic proof.Furthermore,by processing the simulated and measured signals, both EMD and EEMD have the problem of mode aliasing to a certain extent, and VMD algorithm can suppress the problem of mode aliasing of decomposed components to a great extent.(2)The research shows that Teager energy operator has good time resolution for the instantaneous change of the signal, and can detect the transient components of the signal, overcome the edge flying wing generated by Hilbert transform, and reduce the edge error of non-integer periodic sampling.(3)An intelligent algorithm combining simulated annealing(SA)and genetic algorithm(GA)is proposed. The algorithm can adaptively select the number of K modules and penalty factor in VMD decomposition α.The algorithm combines autoregressive(AR)and extremum image to improve the endpoint effect.(4)The instantaneous power spectrum and split edge spectrum of blasting signal are calculated by using nonlinear decomposition method. The energy distribution characteristics of blasting vibration signal show that with the increase of blasting height. The energy distribution of blasting vibration signal increases. The results show that with the increase of single hole volume, the instantaneous energy of blasting vibration signal is mainly concentrated in the low frequency region. The low frequency range of 15-40 Hz has great influence on the energy of blasting vibration signal. |
