Cylindrical shell structure is widely used in modern civil and military fields because of its special structure and good mechanical properties.However,due to its thin wall thickness,it is prone to global and local buckling deformation under complex service conditions,which leads to a sharp decline in the bearing capacity of the structure,loss of structural stability and serious economic losses.Therefore,the buckling of thin-walled cylindrical shells under dynamic impact has become the focus of modern mechanical research.In this paper,based on the practical engineering problems,the dynamic response analysis of cylindrical shell supporting structure under impact load is carried out by combining experimental and numerical simulation methods.The main work contents are as follows:(1)In view of the engineering problem that the deck will transfer shock wave to the supporting structure on deck in the form of acceleration when the ship is subjected to non-contact explosion load,the scaled test specimen of cylindrical shell supporting structure is designed,and the semi sinusoidal acceleration impact load is applied to the structure by the acceleration impact testing machine,and the dynamic response of the supporting structure under the impact acceleration load is obtained.(2)Based on ABAQUS software,the experimental model of supporting structure of cylindrical shell is established.The dynamic response characteristics of supporting structure under multiple impact are obtained by kinetic energy release method.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.The influence of different factors on the dynamic buckling of the supporting structure under axial and transverse impact is obtained by changing the top counterweight,acceleration peak value and structure diameter thickness ratio.(3)The nonlinear static buckling characteristics of the structure are studied by establishing the supporting structure model of the actual size cylindrical shell.The static critical load of the structure and the influence of the initial defect on the static buckling are obtained.Based on the results of static buckling analysis,the dynamic buckling analysis of cylindrical shell supporting structure is carried out,and the Pmax-T critical load curve of the structure under impact load is obtained,and the influence of load parameters such as pulse width and amplitude on Dynamic Buckling of the structure is explored.The influence of load form and defect size on dynamic buckling is obtained by changing the load waveform and the initial geometric imperfection of the structure,which provides a valuable reference for the design and maintenance of the actual supported cylindrical shell supporting structure.
