| In recent years,people have been used to transmitting signals through wireless in the field of conmmunication.However,in the field of power transmission it is still be a new way and not been widely used that transfer electrical energy by wireless way.Now,inductively coupled power transfer(ICPT)technology has received great attention in the field of electric vehicle charging and underwater equipment power supply due to its safety,convenience and safe transmission under extremely adverse conditions.Compared with the traditional wired transmission mode,the optimal efficiency of power transmission through ICPT technology often requires a special efficiency tracking circuit,and the load side control circuit needs to feedback the load status through wireless way.In order to solve this problem,there is a bilateral strategy of ICPT system based on primary minimum input power tracking is designed to realize the maximum efficiency point tracking(MEPT)of ICPT system in this paper.In this paper,the principle of ICPT is introduced at first,Several measurement methods of mutual inductance and self inductance parameters of loosely coupled transformer are introduced in this paper,and then,this paper compares several groups of data according to the above methods,and verifies the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.On this basis,the resonant compensation circuit of ICPT system is analyzed,and the capacitance selection principle of SS,SP,PP and PS compensation modes is obtained.The SS compensation characteristics are analyzed,and the principle of maximum efficiency tracking of ICPT through DC power conversion module is studied.Secondly,the principle of MEPT in ICPT system based on bilateral control strategy is described,and the tracking method of miniumum input power in primary side is designed,and the regional judgment of secondary side output voltage and the regional voltage stabilizing control scheme are designed.The principle of ICPT and the principle of control scheme are analyzed and verified theoretically.In the last of this paper,a parameter design method of loosely coupled transformer in ICPT system is designed,and the correctness of bilateral control strategy based on primary minimum input power tracking is verified by simulation.The experimental platform is built to verify the principle,and the results prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the control method. |
