With the growth of national economy and the improvement of national living standards,people pay more attention to their own health and the medical services they can enjoy,and the national investment in basic medical care is also increasing.Taking advantage of the general trend that the whole people attach importance to medical treatment,the medical industry is booming.As a part of the medical industry,medical vehicles also usher in the opportunity of rapid development.Many medical vehicle manufacturers began to re position themselves and optimize their marketing strategies in order to gain development advantages in the complex market competition.According to the background of the medical environment and the development of the medical vehicle industry,optimizing and improving the marketing strategy of WGT company to expand the shelter medical vehicle can make WGT company to expand the shelter medical vehicle to adapt to the market development faster.Taking WGT medical vehicle as the research object,using 4P marketing theory,PEST analysis model,SWOT analysis model and other marketing related theories and tools,through in-depth discussion and analysis of WGT company’s marketing problems of expanding shelter medical vehicle: low market share,insufficient sales growth momentum,insufficient brand influence and other problems.Combined with the external and internal environment of expanding the shelter medical vehicle,the marketing strategy of WGT company is improved again,and the relevant implementation strategy suggestions are formulated.By optimizing and improving the marketing strategy of WGT company to expand the shelter medical vehicle,we can promote the realization and sustainable development of the company’s marketing objectives,constantly improve the company’s management system,enrich product types,and strengthen product quality.At the same time,we should pay attention to the implementation of the plan,and strive to make WGT company to seek development in the survival.At the same time,it also provides a reference for the marketing mode of China’s medical industry,and jointly promotes the development of the national medical industry.
