| With the improvement of China’s economic level,the demand of the country and society for earthquake prevention and mitigation has changed from the previous focus on the single goal of safety to the dual protection of building safety and building function.The rapid recovery of building seismic safety and post-earthquake function is called building seismic toughness.A large number of studies have been carried out on building seismic toughness at home and abroad,covering evaluation methods and toughness improvement techniques.At present,China has compiled the Standard for Seis MIC Resilience Evaluation of Buildings(GB/T38591-2020),which evaluates the seismic resilience of buildings from three dimensions: repair cost,repair time and casualties.A database of vulnerability and consequences of building components supporting seismic resilience evaluation is established,and the specific process for seismic resilience evaluation of buildings is given.Based on the standard of this part,this paper carries out the seismic performance evaluation method of seismic reduction and isolation buildings,mainly carrying out the following work:1)Supplement and improve the vulnerability database of the existing reinforced concrete structural members.Collect the reinforced concrete beam,reinforced concrete shear wall and typical data in test of reducing vibration isolation device,according to the experiment phenomenon divides the component damage level,damage probability under different engineering damage index is given,established the reinforced concrete beam,reinforced concrete shear wall,and reduce vulnerability model of vibration isolation device,The repair measures,time and cost of repair are given.2)The process of building seismic toughness evaluation is put forward.Then,the sample space was expanded by Monte Carlo simulation.Then,the failure loading was obtained according to the vulnerability model.Finally,the seismic toughness evaluation index was obtained according to the failure state.The calculation method of building restoration cost index and building restoration time index is clarified,and the technical route of component evaluation,hierarchical integration and overall rating is established,which lays the foundation for the rating index based on probability.3)Based on the process and the supplementary vulnerability database,the seismic and isolation effects of two typical buildings were compared,and the improvement level of the seismic toughness of buildings by the application of seismic isolation technology was studied.The results show that the aseismic toughness of the damping structure is better than that of the aseismic structure,and the aseismic toughness of the structure is significantly improved by the isolation technology.With the increase of the number of floors,the seismic toughness of the structure decreases.The work amount and cost of the damping structure are slightly lower than that of the seismic structure,while the work amount of the isolation structure is slightly lower than that of the seismic structure,while the cost is slightly higher than that of the seismic structure. |
