| With the rapid development of power grid construction in China,the large-scale new energy permeability is constantly increasing,high proportion operation of high-voltage power lines and the in-depth construction of source network load and storage,the grid structure is becoming more and more complex.Faced with various power system failure scenarios,the new generation of power systems urgently needs to adopt simpler methods to make real-time decision-making and more accurate and precise load shedding strategies to maintain the last security barrier of the power grid.This paper completes the millisecond-level hierarchical partition precise load shedding system supported by advanced technology,and adopts the load shedding decision-making method of AHP-entropy weight comprehensive weighting judgement.Through each hierarchical control station,accurate load shedding strategies are made in real time,and each can be removed.The load shedding of the load controls the time from the failure of the entire system to the completion of the load shedding action within 100ms.First,the load shedding strategy and its principles,the load shedding requirements of traditional power grids and the new generation of smart grids,and the principles,relationships,and advantages of the new generation of smart grid advanced technologies and grid hierarchical partitioning are studied.Secondly,expatiates the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,introduces several kinds of commonly used subjective and objective weights way,build the AHP-entrop weight comprehensive evaluation model of empowerment,entropy weight and AHPcomprehensive empowerment and other kinds of subjective and objective and comprehensive empowerment and power system failure voltage change rate and current rate correlation analysis,It is concluded that the AHP-entropy weight comprehensive weighting method is more suitable for power grid fault weighting calculation.Then,it optimized and perfected the millisecond-level hierarchical partitioned precision load shedding system supported by advanced technology and introduced its operation mode and operating advantages;constructed AHP-entropy weight synthesis from the three aspects of load shedding cost,comprehensive evaluation system and comprehensive evaluation factors.A load-shedding decision-making method for weighting judgment;a millisecond-level accurate load-shedding strategy model for real-time comprehensive weighting judgment and decision-making is built and its operation mode is explained.Finally,a coordinated transmission and distribution grid was built in Matlab/Simulink,and the millisecond-level accurate load shedding strategy of real-time comprehensive weighting judgment and decision-making was simulated and realized,and its total load shedding cost was summarized,and compared with the emergency load shedding strategy of the receiving end grid analysis.The conclusion shows that the millisecond-level accurate load shedding strategy of real-time comprehensive weighting judgment and decision-making reduces the cost of load shedding control,greatly reduces the load shedding decision time,and reaches the system stability level after other load shedding strategies are executed.Complete load shedding,an important grid control task. |
