Compared with the traditional reinforced concrete shear wall,Compared with the traditional reinforced concrete shear wall,the steel plate shear wall system,as an efficient and economical anti-lateral force system,is safe,reliable,efficient in construction,beautiful in craftsmanship,green and environmentally friendly,and avoids the degradation of anti-lateral performance due to concrete falling off.The steel plate shear wall system also has the characteristics of light weight,low cost and excellent seismic performance.The steel plate shear wall system is composed of different types of embedded steel plates,frame beams and frame columns.Because of its effective resistance to horizontal load,building space saving and high level of assembly,it has been widely used in the lateral force resistance system of building structures.In order to make better use of the installation direction of the corrugated steel plate to resist the effects of earthquakes,a new type of cross-slanted self-bucking-restrained corrugated steel plate shear wall(CCSPW)with a more reasonable force is proposed.The seismic performance indexes of the shear wall under the action of low-cycle reciprocating load are studied:(1)With reference to national standards and related documents,compare three 1/3 scaled cross-slanted self-bucking-restrained corrugated steel plate shear walls(CCSPW-30°,CCSPW-45°,CCSPW-60°)specimens are designed,manufactured and assembled;a low-cycle reciprocating loading experiment is carried out on the specimen CCSPW,and two corrugated steel plates are studied The influence of different oblique angles on the seismic performance of the shear wall.(2)By using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the finite element verification of the CCSPW specimens was carried out.The CCSPW,the horizontal corrugated steel plate shear wall(HCSPW)and vertical corrugated steel plate shear wall(VCSPW)performance indicators(Lateral bearing capacity,secant stiffness,hysteresis performance and ductility)were compared and studied.The test results indicate:(1)There is no overall out-of-plane buckling when the specimens of the Cross-slanted Self-bucking-restrained Corrugated Steel Plate Shear Wall(CCSPW)bear a horizontal load,indicating that the shear wall has strong self-defense out-of-plane buckling performance.The hysteresis loops of the three CCSPW specimens were reversed S-shaped in the later stage,with obvious"pinching"effect.The main reason was the stress concentration at the bottom of the corrugated steel plate,tearing cracks,and relative slippage.(2)The equivalent viscous damping coefficient h_eof the specimen CCSPW-60°is relatively large,and the energy dissipation capacity is relatively strong,followed by the specimen CCSPW-45°,the specimen CCSPW-30°is the worst,The yield strength and ultimate strength of the specimen CCSPW-45°are about 10%higher than the other two specimens respectively.The initial stiffness of the specimen CCSPW-45°is relatively good,the ductility coefficient is the largest,and the ductility is the best.The specimen CCSPW-60°is the second,and the specimen CCSPW-30°is the worst.(3)The bearing capacity degradation coefficient of CCSPW specimens all vary between0.9 and 1.1,indicating that the shear wall has good bearing capacity stability;During the reciprocating cycle loading of CCSPW specimens,the strain at the relative position of the front and back corrugated steel plate has an opposite trend with the change of displacement.The two corrugated steel plates“one pressing and one pulling”coordinated force,which effectively utilizes the two corrugated steel plates.The corrugated steel plate is placed in different oblique directions to resist horizontal load,and has a good self-defense function of out-of-plane buckling.(4)The ultimate strength of specimen CCSPW-45°is more than 2.5 times of the ultimate strength of specimen HCSPW and specimen VCSPW.The initial stiffness of test piece VCSPW and test piece CCSPW-45°are similar and better than that of test piece HCSPW;The ductility coefficient of the specimen HCSPW is the largest and the ductility is the best,followed by the specimen CCSPW-45°,and the specimen VCSPW is the smallest;The equivalent viscous damping coefficient of the test piece CCSPW-45°is greater than that of the test piece HCSPW and the test piece VCSPW,which has good energy dissipation capacity and excellent seismic performance.
