| With the development of modernization and construction industry in China,various new construction technologies are emerging.Many improvements of formwork supports technology have taken place,from wood support,fastener type formwork support,socket type formwork support to now independent steel support.The independent steel support in the assembled aluminum alloy formwork has simple erection operation,and it does not need to set horizontal bar or diagonal bar,so it has a wide range of application.But in China,the specifications of aluminum alloy formwork support are just in use,and the relevant research is also relatively scarce,the corresponding research is insufficient.Therefore,these reasons lead to the relatively slow application of aluminum alloy formwork in China.The assembled aluminum alloy formwork was systematically introduced which combined with the practical construction experience in a residential building of Nanjing city and relevant specifications of a residential building.It mainly introduces:①Development history and Advantages and disadvantages for assembled aluminum alloy formwork;②The composition,construction technology and maintenance of assembled aluminum alloy formwork;③Highlights the construction points and precautions of aluminum alloy formwork as well as the early dismantling system.This paper focuses on the structural performance research of assembled aluminum alloy formwork support system,which is not only conducive to the promotion and use of aluminum alloy formwork in China,but also conducive to improving the safety of construction.Under the condition of meeting the calculation speed and accuracy of the model,the aluminum alloy formwork support system model is simplified.The control variable method is used to design the working conditions,and the adverse effects of different working conditions on the formwork support system are analyzed.The finite element software ABAQUS is used to analyze the model.The model mainly considers the influence factors of different independent steel support spacing,height,wall thickness and tripod setting.According to the stress analysis and displacement analysis of various working conditions,the stress state of the structure is judged,and the combination of working conditions is optimized,which provides a certain reference for the actual design and construction.Independent Steel Support of Assembled Formwork by Aluminum Alloy Numerical is analysed,the results are as follows:①The distance between independent steel supports should not be too large,it will reduce the linear stiffness of the early demolished beam,otherwise the stability of the early demolished beam system will reduced.The maximum displacement of independent steel support G03 is 275.70%higher than that of G01.②The height of the independent steel support should not be too large,the increase of height will increase the lateral load and increased the length fineness ratio of the steel support will be increased,leading to the early yield bending of the steel support,the maximum stress of independent steel support G05 increases by 23.29%compared with G04,and the maximum displacement increases by 74.34%.③ In order to improve the bearing capacity and resist the lateral displacement,it is necessary to increase the thickness of the inner wall of the pipeline,however,increasing the wall thickness of the outer tube has little effect.When it compared with G02,the maximum stress of G07 decreases by 14.82%,and the maximum displacement decreases by 11.92%.④The bearing capacity and lateral displacement resistance of the early dismantling system can be significantly improved by setting the tripod,but when the distance between the tripod support point and the ground reaches 0.35m,it continues to improve the bearing capacity of the support point.The continuous increase of the height of the support point has little influence on the structural performance of the early demolition system. |
