Research On The Improvement Of Freight Organization Efficiency Of SYJ Group Company Based On Multi-objective Optimization

Under the policy guidance of "Winning the blue sky defense war" and "Public transiting railway",the railway carried out the battle of "Three Guarantees and three increases".On this background,this paper analyzes the railway freight market and concludes that although the reform of railway freight market has recovered in terms of seizing market share,the present situation has led to the bottleneck period of transportation organization efficiency in the new marketing environment.Through the analysis of the research status of marketing and railway transportation organization,we can see that the foreign company system is relatively mature,the division of labor of goods transportation is clear,the transportation organization is flexible and targeted,and the logistics development is mature.At the same time,the price marketing strategy can be flexible and flexible,which has obvious advantages in marketing.Although the domestic marketing awareness has been improved after the reform,the marketing strategy system has been developed There are many restrictions and poor flexibility.Although the transportation organization is constantly optimized,the comprehensive freight marketing volume and freight profit increase slowly.Therefore,this paper takes SYJ group company as the analysis object,based on the relevant theories of railway freight transport organization and previous research results on the improvement of railway freight organization efficiency,puts forward the research topic of freight organization efficiency improvement.Since the core of the back-yard guarantee of railway freight transportation is to improve the efficiency of transportation organization,and the organization of placing-in and taking-out vehicles is the key link to improve the efficiency of freight transportation organization.In the actual operation on the spot,the multiple objectives of improving the efficiency of transportation organization,reducing the cost of transportation organization and improving the economic benefit are not only mutually coupled but also contradictory.The multi-objective programming method in operational research is used to determine the optimization objective and optimize the placing-in and taking-out scheme.In this paper,two optimization objectives are set to minimize the sum of the running time of shunting locomotive and the waiting time of shunting locomotive when waiting for taking out,that is,to minimize the time and cost of placing-in and taking-out trains and the cost of placing-in and taking-out trains of each special line in the scheme of placing-in and taking-out the trains as the minimum.The paper makes an analysis of the Meihekou train operation depot as an example,and makes a comparative analysis placing-in and taking-out operation scheme,and concludes that the efficiency of the transportation organization has been significantly improved in the practical application,which reduces the transportation cost of the railway itself,improves the satisfaction of the freight owners,and has a positive significance for the freight marketing of SYJ group company.In order to ensure the efficiency of freight transport organization to maintain high efficiency in the field operation,the measures and suggestions based on the optimization solution are put forward based on the results of optimization,which provides strong guarantee for the freight marketing and transportation organization of SYJ group company.
