command of railway transportation production.Therefore,how to perfect the existing dispatch command system,improve the efficiency and benefit of transportation,improve the work quality of the dispatch command process,and establish a scientific and perfect dispatch work quality evaluation system with objective accuracy,has become a pressing and important issue.The dispatching department is the basic railway.Based on the current situation and working process of the railway dispatching department in our country,on the basis of understanding the current research situation in relevant fields,combined with the actual situation of my daily work,the work quality evaluation system of the dispatching system is explored.The dispatching department is the basic support to ensure the normal operation of systems such as CTC,as well as other advanced scientific and technological tools,the extensive application in the transportation dispatch management system provides a broader stage for the dispatch management.In order to speed up the development of dispatch management,the opportunity and challenge of dispatch work coexist in the new era,it must be developed in an all-round way,and dispatch work must adapt to the new era,new standards and new requirements,as long as the railway transportation dispatching system sets up the concept of harmonious development,standardize management,strengthen basic standards,tap potential and improve efficiency,increase revenue and save expenditure,and strive to improve the level of dispatching and command,however,the existing dispatch evaluation and assessment system in the past is no longer suitable for the current working conditions and working characteristics.The original evaluation system is mainly inclined to examine and manage,and not excessively inclined to elaborate the evaluation of work quality.Therefore,the existing evaluation system of dispatching work is not suitable for the current requirements of high standard,high suitable for the current dispatching system.According to these indexes,the original flat dispatching work becomes three-dimensional and intuitionistic,this makes the evaluation of the dispatch become objective and concrete from the original subjectivity,and all the work can be reflected by specific data indicators,so that every dispatch station,the dispatching quality of different dispatchers can be good or bad at a glance,which makes the transportation work more concrete and intuitive.With the continuous development of science and technology,advanced scientific command system such as CTC and other advanced scientific and technological tools are constantly introduced,which provide a broader stage for dispatching management.For the rapid development of dispatching management,opportunities and challenges coexist in the new era.The dispatching work must adapt to the new era,new standards and new requirements.As long as the railway transportation dispatching system establishes the concept make the transportation work specific and intuitive.Combined with the current situation of railway dispatching and command system in China and the current research situation in related fields,analysis of a large number of examples encountered in the daily work of dispatching as well as various regular and universal transport production processes and real cases existing in the railway dispatching and command process,this paper introduces in detail the specific working process of the railway dispatching command system,and probes into the emergency handling process of the dispatching command system under the abnormal condition of the railway traffic,through these researches,this paper has a basic understanding of the mode and process of the railway dispatching work,probes into the shortages of the railway dispatching command system in the daily transportation production process,and at the same time,studies the shortages of the present examination system of the railway
