| Now,the cold chain terminal of seawater products continues to extend toward inland areas.However,compared with the traditional fresh-keeping and freezing method,the loss of the crushed ice stored before departure from the port will increase dramatically due to the change of temperature due to the distance multiplied several times.Therefore,it is necessary to find a method with better preservation effect and matching device.Nowadays,China’s fishery development is rapid,some foreign advanced technology has been introduced by the Chinese people,such as the development and research of FRP fishing boats.In this paper,the 27.6m FRP tuna longline fishing vessel is taken as the research object,through theoretical calculation and scientific and reasonable type selection,and according to the operation mode of this kind of fishing vessel is simply introduced.According to the actual operation needs,combined with the theoretical formula to calculate some core values in the fishing boat refrigeration system,through the calculated values of the compressor,condenser,liquid reservoir,gas-liquid separator,freezing device and evaporator and other refrigeration system related equipment selection optimization.The reasonable and safe gas concentration is selected through the actual experiment,and the ice making equipment is designed and the theoretical data is calculated by combining with the fluidized ice device.In addition,according to the special effect of fluidized ice,the temperature monitoring and temperature warning programs are simply written to reflect the real-time temperature changes in the fish cabin.At the same time,it can complete the temperature preset alarm in advance.When the cabin temperature is too high or too low,it can respond in time to facilitate the on-duty personnel to adjust the cabin temperature. |
