Abstract/Summary:
Casting molding is an important molding technology for preparing thin films.The process is mainly accomplished by the casting machine.In the process of casting forming,it is not suitable to control because of many influencing factors.In this paper,a systematic analysis was carried out for the preparation of NBT precursor films by casting.Comsol software was used to simulate the convection casting process,and the influence of various process parameters on NBT films was explored,which provided guidance for the preparation of NBT films by casting.According to the simulation results and the actual situation of the laboratory,the flow delay device of the laboratory was improved.The modeling of the process of the casting was carried out,and the effects of the concentration of NBT-ST sol,the liquid level height of the sol in the storage tank,the gap between the scraper and the PET film,the shape of the scraper,the thickness of the scraper and the Angle of the scraper on the film were systematically analyzed,which provided guidance for the experiment of the convection and the improvement of the casting device.In view of the drying process modeling stretch forming,and according to the change of the drying process of the sol,established the mathematical model of the phase change process,and the boundary conditions of the model is illustrated,the drying process are simulated by COMSOL,explores the NBT-ST sol concentration,the heating plate temperature and speed of loading film three aspects,such as impact on the quality of thin film,It provides guidance for the improvement of the flow casting device and the flow casting experiment.According to the simulation results and the actual situation of the laboratory,the flow device of the laboratory has been improved,mainly the improvement of the flow head and the drying box.A kind of scraper with flat flat blade and sharp Angle blade was designed.The flow test of the improved scraper before and after the improvement was carried out.The rationality of the improved scraper was verified by the thickness of NBT precursor film,and the fixing and height adjustment mechanism of the scraper was redesigned.The heating plate in the drying box was improved,the original heating plate was changed into two sections,the drying box before and after the improvement of the flow molding experiment,the stability of the drying process was measured by the width of the NBT precursor film,and the rationality of the improvement of the drying box was verified.The device is designed to treat the waste gas produced by the preparation of NBT precursor films by flow casting.Finally,the rationality of the overall improvement was verified by the surface roughness of the NBT precursor film.
