With the continuous development of urban traffic in various countries around the world, traffic congestion has become a thorny problem in today’s world. Therefore, public transportation travel has become the choice of more and more people.Due to the unreasonable preparation of regional public transportation timetables, people’s growing demand for public transportation travel cannot be met, which leads to a decrease in people’s travel satisfaction. This problem has become a hot topic the main contradiction hindering the development of the urban public transportation system. Therefore, the reasonable preparation of the regional public transportation departure schedule has become one of the important measures to facilitate residents’ travel and alleviate road traffic congestion.Firstly, this paper reviews the theories and models of regional public transportation scheduling problems at home and abroad.By combining the research results of regional public transportation scheduling problems at home and abroad,it analyzes the shortcomings of the existing regional scheduling models in the aspect of synchronous transfer, and systematically introduces the regional public transportation scheduling, the commonly used regional public transportation synchronous transfer optimization models and multi-objective optimization problems.Secondly, this paper analyzes the problems of regional public transportation scheduling in order to minimize the total cost of passenger loss and maximize the comprehensive bus service ratio,a multi-objective regional public transportation synchronous transfer optimization model is established considering the constraints such as the departure time meeting the scheduling time window, the maximum and minimum departure interval and not exceeding the rated passenger capacity. The improved NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve the problem, and the Entropy-TOPSIS method is used to optimize the Pareto solution set. Then, the multi-objective regional public transportation timetable optimization model proposed in this paper is tested by an example, and compared with NA-NSGA-II and SG-NSGA-II algorithm. The results show that the model and algorithm are feasible in solving the problem of regional public transportation synchronization optimizationFinally, considering the factors of multiple models, taking the minimum total loss of passengers and the minimum purchase cost of bus companies as the objective, the multi-objective and multi-model regional public transportation synchronous transfer optimization model is established and verified by an example. |
