| The microgrid is composed of a variety of distributed power sources,which can be flexibly switched between the connected and off-grid state and can effectively solve the problems arising when new energy is connected to the large power grid in the generation process.However,the distributed power supply has the characteristics of diversity and combination randomness,which makes the operation control of microgrids difficult and the operation cost is relatively high.In this paper,the improved sparrow search algorithm is adopted to optimize and solve the operation problems of the above microgrid,to reduce the cost of power generation and environmental protection,improve the utilization rate of resources,and significantly improve the economy,reliability,and environmental protection of the microgrid.The main work contents of this paper are divided into the following four points:(1)The concept,structural principle,working characteristics,and significance of the microgrid are introduced,the development prospect,domestic and foreign development,and current situation of the microgrid are expounded.At the same time,the model and principle of the micropower supply applied in the microgrid are explained,and the mathematical models and cost functions of wind,light,fuel,storage,and micro gas turbine are introduced.(2)Establish a mathematical model for the optimal operation of microgrids considering various factors,including generation cost and environmental protection cost.Aiming at the fuel cost,depreciation cost,operation,and maintenance cost,and electric energy interaction cost of environmental protection cost and power generation cost,the maximum fuzzy membership degree method is adopted to transform the multi-objective of microgrid into a single objective for optimization treatment,and an optimal method is found to get the optimal solution satisfying the comprehensive objective function.(3)The sparrow search algorithm is easy to fall into the local optimal,lack of optimization defects,proposed to improve the sparrow search algorithm.Mainly improved the sparrow scouter and entrants position search algorithm,to simplify updating the position of the entrant,compare the sparrow search algorithm and the merits and demerits of the firefly algorithm are complementary,the location of the investigation of the sparrows’ search algorithm introduced the firefly algorithm was improved when population initialization algorithm using reverse elite learning strategies for disturbance.It is proved that the improved sparrow search algorithm is better than the particle swarm optimization algorithm and the basic sparrow search algorithm by comparing the multi-dimensional test function.(4)The improved sparrow search algorithm proposed in this paper is used to solve the optimal operation model of the microgrid.The MATLAB 2019 A experimental platform is used to optimize the microgrid system so that its total operating cost can be kept to the lowest in 24 hours.The objective function of the microgrid under different operating modes is simulated and solved,and the simulation results of the improved sparrow search algorithm proposed in this paper are compared with those of the particle swarm optimization algorithm and the basic sparrow search algorithm,and the results show that the proposed method has certain advantages.In addition,the mathematical model of the microgrid which is composed of the combination of micropower supply is reasonable and the feasibility of optimizing the operation structure. |
