| Water resources are closely related to the inheritance of human civilization,urban construction and social development.With the increase of population and the irrational use of water resources,the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources has become increasingly prominent,which has become the most important factor limiting urban development.Urban planning is the main means to guide and regulate urban development,It can improve the natural circulation of water resources from the source,so as to solve the dilemma of water resources constraining urban development.Zhangye is a typical oasis city in Hexi Corridor of Gansu Province.It has gradually developed into the richest city in Hexi Corridor by virtue of the ecological advantages of Heihe River and Qilian Mountain.After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,with the rapid construction of the city and the lag of urban planning,Zhangye has been in a state of disordered development for a long time,and the problem of water resources has gradually become the most important factor restricting the development of Zhangye,The fourth edition of the general plan has made planning adjustments to varying degrees from five aspects,such as the nature of the city,population size,industrial development,ecological environment construction and urban development direction,in order to deal with the problem of water resources and better realize the sustainable development of Zhangye City.This paper selects the water resources of the fourth edition of the general plan of Zhangye City and the corresponding period as the research object,mainly uses the principal component analysis method and comparative analysis method to study the response mechanism of Zhangye modern urban planning under the constraints of water resources,including nine chaptersThe first chapter is the introduction,which mainly includes the research background,research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign research review,research methods,research content and framework,the existing problems and research difficulties in this field and the key problems to be solved.In the second chapter,the contents of the fourth edition of the master plan are briefly summarized,and the water resource is the most important factor among the five factors affecting the urban planning of Zhangye.Then the water resource is summarized.Finally,the influence of water resource on urban planning is discussed from the aspects of urban development scale,industrial structure,urban spatial structure and ecological environment.The third chapter briefly analyzes the urban construction and development of Zhangye City from the founding of the People’s Republic of China to the reform and opening up,and the phenomenon of water resources constraining urban development has become increasingly prominent.The fourth,fifth,sixth and seventh chapters respectively analyze the planning response of the fourth edition of the master plan under the constraints of water resources from five aspects of urban nature,urban scale,industrial structure,ecological environment construction and urban development direction,Under the restriction of water resources,the master plan only makes planning response to the ecological environment construction,and the response degree is weak.The second version of the master plan gradually starts to consider water resources,and the plan makes part of planning response from the aspects of urban nature,urban scale,industrial layout and ecological environment construction,and the response degree is gradually strengthened With the implementation of the strategy of harnessing the Heihe River Basin,the planning has paid more attention to water resources.In addition to more consideration of economic construction in the direction of urban development,the planning has responded in different degrees from the other four aspects,and the response degree has been further strengthened.During the Fourth Edition of the general plan,attention has been paid to ecological environment construction,As a basic element,water resources have been raised to a new height.This version of the general plan has made a planning response from five aspects,basically fully responding.In the eighth chapter,through the series analysis of the development and evolution of the fourth edition of the master plan,the evolution characteristics of the fourth edition of the master plan are summarized,and how the master plan of Zhangye City responds to the constraints of water resources is combed,so as to provide practical experience for the next step of the master plan of land and space of Zhangye City.The ninth chapter summarizes and prospects the content of the paper,points out the shortcomings of the paper,in order to further improve the follow-up research. |
