| In recent years,with the rapid economic development,the domestic demand for electricity is increasing,the scale of the power system is also expanding,and a large number of power cables have been put into use.As a key device for power transmission,power cables are prone to ageing with the increase in service life.In addition,excessive power supply pressure can easily lead to overload operation of the cable,resulting in a sharp increase in the temperature of the copper core in the cable,leading to a rise in the temperature of the insulation layer.High,eventually cause the insulation layer to catch fire,cause electrical fires,and endanger the safety of life and property.Therefore,it is necessary to take effective measures to monitor the temperature of the insulation layer of the power cable in real time,realize early warning of abnormal temperature conditions,and prevent electrical fires.This paper analyzes the current research status of power cable temperature measurement technology,and proposes an induction power supply cable wireless temperature measurement system based on CC1310.The system uses a temperature-sensitive resistor to sense the temperature of the power cable,and realizes the self-powering of the temperature measurement node by sensing the cable current to obtain electricity,and uses the wireless networking communication method to transmit temperature data;designed on-site data collection and monitoring based on CC1310 The forwarding gateway,as well as the on-site monitoring host and remote server,realize the synchronous storage and display of power cable temperature data locally and in the cloud,and provide a web page for data viewing and display;a PCB antenna suitable for 433 MHz frequency communication is designed to realize a node antenna Convenient and free of installation.Finally,a system function test was carried out,and the test results basically met the expected requirements.The temperature measurement node can effectively measure the cable temperature,and realizes the minimum 5A current startup capability;the designed PCB antenna can meet the needs of wireless communication,and has good communication stability within the required communication distance;both the on-site server and the remote server work normally,The temperature data storage and display effect is normal.The induction power supply cable wireless temperature measurement system designed in the thesis can realize the real-time and effective monitoring of the power cable temperature,which can meet the market demand and can produce good economic benefits. |
