| Transmission line plays an important part in the transmission and distribution of electric energy in the power system.Its operation state directly decides the safe and steady operation of the power system.Therefore,it is very important to guarantee the security of transmission line for social development,industrial production and residents’ life.At present,the regular inspection of transmission line and its surrounding environment can effectively avoid all kinds of hidden dangers caused by line fault.With the fast development of aircraft technology and related intelligent technology,manned aircraft and unmanned aircraft are widely used in the inspection of transmission lines.Owing to the constantly expansion of the fleet scale and the complexity of assignments in the manned aircraft patrol mode,the current manual scheduling mode is difficult to achieve the maximum efficiency of reasonable scheduling of existing operation resources.If the automatic crew scheduling of the manned aircraft can be realized,it can ensure the scientific deployment of the crew to perform the task,and the automatic crew assignment of the manned aircraft can meet the task requirements to the maximum extent.The flight control mode of UAV inspection mainly adopts manual operation,but the inspection distance is short and inefficient.If the adaptive flight of UAV can be realized,the inspection efficiency will be greatly improved.The path planning of UAV is the key to achieve the adaptive flight of UAV.Therefore,the realization of automatic crew assignment and path planning of UAV is of great significance to improve the efficiency of power line inspection based on aircraft.This paper centres on the key technology and application of aircraft based power line patrol scheduling,and make a profound study:(1)the construction,solution and simulation of crew assignment model of manned aircraft based on improved genetic algorithm.Aiming at the task demand-oriented multi constraint crew assignment problem,the optimization model of crew assignment is established.The crossover and mutation strategy based on single gene fitness is adopted to improve the make a profound study of the algorithm and speed up the optimization speed.The test results indicate that the raised algorithm can achieve the fast and effective solution of crew assignment problem.(2)Research and simulation of UAV path planning based on improved Rapid-exploration Random Tree(RRT)algorithm.Two-dimensional improved RRT algorithm and three-dimensional improved RRT algorithm are proposed by using population-based probability sampling bidirectional expansion method,introducing cost function to evaluate the track,reducing the redundant points of the track and optimizing the processing.The improved algorithm is simulated in two-dimensional and three-dimensional simulation environment,and the test results indicate that the improved RRT algorithm can fast and effectively find the optimal path under contract conditions.(3)For the aircraft based power line patrol dispatching management system,this paper projects the functions of the system,plans the system architecture and some pivotal modules,and finally carries out the corresponding operation test. |
