Research On Business Model Of Multiple Energy Services Based On Energy Internet

For a long time,the use of fossil energy as the main source of energy supply and large-scale unregulated energy use has led to increasingly prominent global climate problems.Energy Internet technology is considered to be the key to solve the problems of energy crisis and environmental crisis in the future.The main concept of the energy Internet is to distribute and share various types of energy in a wide area.Therefore,this paper establishes a systematic design of multiple energy service business model based on the background of energy Internet,and studies the value layer of multiple energy services,user layer of multiple energy services,facility layer of multiple energy services,and financial layer of multiple energy services to promote the development of energy Internet and realize the improvement of energy use efficiency.Realizing the value proposition of multiple energy service business models is of great theoretical significance for building a green,low-carbon and climate-change-adapted energy economy.This paper first establishes the theoretical basis of relevant research based on the concept of energy internet and energy service business models,including green economy theory,sustainable development theory,energy internet theory and business model theory.Then it summarizes the current research status of energy industry,energy Internet and energy service business models at home and abroad,analyzes the development and application of multiple energy services in different countries and regions,and focuses on the current situation of value level,user level,facility level and financial level of multiple energy services.Then,according to the research theory and based on the concept of energy internet,we analyze the problems in the process of development of multiple energy service business models in four types of levels:value level,user level,facility level and financial level.Then,we analyze the typical business models of domestic and foreign energy service companies and summarize the successful experiences and shortcomings of energy service business models.Finally,the design concept of multiple energy service business models based on the energy Internet is proposed,and the business model applications are proposed at the value level,user level,facility level,and financial level.This study is a rethinking of multiple energy service business models based on the background of energy Internet,expecting to achieve the coordinated development of energy enterprises,environment and economy,and to maximize the satisfaction of users’ needs.It is also hoped that traditional energy enterprises will actively explore and innovate,and adopt diversified and differentiated business models to make up for the shortcomings of traditional energy enterprises’ business models at various levels,so that they can develop more permanently and stably.
