Electric vehicle is a new vehicle which reduces environmental pollution and saves energy.Its development is mainly limited by output power and driving performance,and the requirements for driving motor are also more strict.The dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor can meet the requirements of the drive motor to the maximum extent and realize the low-voltage and high power output.In the same case,compared with the three-phase motor,its performance is superior,and it is suitable for the field of electric vehicles.This paper studies the high-power two-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor and its driving system.Through the detailed analysis and design of the components closely related to it,the requirements of electric vehicles can be met and the performance of the electric vehicles can be improved.In the aspect of driving motor,this paper uses double three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor to replace the common three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor to achieve high performance operation.Based on the theoretical knowledge of torque,flux linkage and coordinate transformation,the motion equations of voltage,flux linkage and rotor are derived,and the mathematical models of double three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor in different coordinates are established.Finally,the mathematical model in d-q coordinate system is established by using MATLAB/Simulink simulation software.The results verify that the phase difference and waveform of current in d-q coordinate system are correct,that is,the mathematical model The model is correct.In terms of control strategy,by studying and comparing the commonly used control strategies,aiming at the characteristics of dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor,we select the space vector control method,and conduct in-depth analysis on this basis.By comparing two commonly used space vector PWM methods,we extract the essence,remove the dross,and further subdivide the largest four vector space vector,and propose an optimized maximum four vector modulation method.Finally,the simulation results show that the vector control strategy with maximum four vector coordination id=0 can effectively suppress harmonic current,which is more superior than the two vector control in the same case,and the optimized maximum four vector modulation control strategy and modulation technology can further reduce the loss and have more advantages.In the aspect of hardware,the hardware selection and design of the drive system are carried out in detail.The emphasis is to design a new type of IGBT drive circuit.The simulation results show that it can suppress the overvoltage and improve the circuit characteristics,and then verify the feasibility and correctness of the circuit.In terms of software,through the proper software design of the main program and interrupt program,the function of dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system is realized.Figure 47 table 4 Reference 80...
