Production planning and scheduling has always been an important decisionmaking part in the production and operation management of intermittent process industrial enterprises.The quality of the production plan is related to the level of economic benefits of the enterprise.Due to the complexity of the actual production process,the establishment of production planning and scheduling models has become difficult,and planning and scheduling often have multiple goals and a large number of constraints.If it is separately optimized and solved,the resulting production schemes often conflict with each other,which easily leads to the infeasibility of the final production scheme,so it is necessary to consider the two for integrated optimization.In view of its above characteristics,this paper proposes to apply the collaborative optimization method to the integrated optimization of multi-objective production planning and scheduling.The collaborative optimization method is a decomposition method for solving complex problems,and it has a good application prospect in the integrated optimization of production planning and scheduling.This article has conducted corresponding research on this,and its content is summarized as follows:(1)Analyze and summarize the modeling methods and solution strategies of production planning and production scheduling,as well as the necessity and feasibility of their integrated optimization.Combining the batch process industrial production mode,construct the corresponding mathematical model of production planning and scheduling.(2)Aiming at the disadvantages of particle swarm optimization(PSO)that tend to fall into local optimum and low convergence accuracy during the optimization process,a Levy FPSO algorithm based on Lévy Flight is proposed.The main principle is to use the high-probability large-stride random walk characteristic of Lévy Flight to make it easier for particles to escape from local extreme points.Taking into account the convergence speed in the early stage,the update strategy integrated into the Lévy Flight operator is used in the early stage with a small probability,and the probability is gradually increased in the later stage,which can effectively solve the above shortcomings.Finally,a benchmark function is used to verify its effectiveness and superiority.(3)For the complex multi-objective integrated optimization problem of intermittent process industrial production planning and scheduling,a multi-objective collaborative optimization method was studied.Based on the collaborative optimization method,use its decomposition and coordination mechanism to establish a multiobjective collaborative optimization model for production planning and scheduling.A multi-objective collaborative optimization method for planning and scheduling based on the Lévy Flight Improved Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization(MOPSO)is proposed.This method introduces Lévy ’s Flight strategy into the MOPSO algorithm,which uses the strategy proposed in this paper to update the particles.Finally,it is applied to the case of batch-type factory to optimize the solution under different market demands,which verifies the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper in the integrated optimization of production planning and scheduling and the effectiveness of improving MOPSO. |
