| In the prefabricated concrete frame structure system,the connection part between precast components is the key part,and the reliability of the mechanical properties of the connection part has an important impact on the overall performance of the structure.In this thesis,referring to the connection mode of steel structure components,combined with the respective advantages of steel and concrete,a method of steel connection of prefabricated concrete beam-column components is proposed,Through the combination of experimental research,numerical simulation analysis and theoretical derivation,the mechanical properties and design methods of steel connection between precast concrete beam and precast composite joint are deeply studied.In order to determine the feasibility of the connection mode,provide experimental and theoretical support for the engineering application of this kind of structure.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The static mechanical properties of the steel connection between precast concrete beam and precast composite joint are studied.Two specimens of prefabricated concrete frame beam-column joints connected by steel were designed and manufactured for one-way static loading test.The mechanical process,failure mechanism and mechanical performance of the section steel connection between precast concrete beams and precast composite joints under static load were studied.(2)The finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the test specimen,and the results were compared with the test results,which verified the rationality of the parameters selection and setting in the finite element analysis.On this basis,the effects of concrete strength,section steel strength,longitudinal reinforcement ratio of precast beam,section steel web thickness and section steel flange thickness on the mechanical properties of section steel connection between precast beam and precast composite joint are studied.(3)Based on the static equilibrium condition and superposition principle,the calculation method of the bearing capacity of the section of the steel section between the precast beam and the precast composite joint is derived.Based on the principle of force diffusion,the calculation method of the minimum concrete cover thickness of the section steel connection part is deduced.And the structural requirements of the welding between the longitudinal reinforcement and the section steel flange in the relevant current national standards are checked.The design method and structural requirements of the steel connection part of the precast concrete beam are derived. |
